The greenhouse/sunroom was erected very professionaly, but it was difficult to get ahold of people in the office to ask questions of when the were going to start. We had problems with the screen door locking and they finally got to lock. I need to call them back again because it doesn't lock. (Didn't know this til I unlocked it 8/22/18).

My project started with Bryan Basey doing an estimate and answering all pertiment questions pertaining to the Sunroom. My wife and I followrd this up with a visit to their Showroom in Edmond. We had previously scheduled a meeting with the owner Don Durrett. We settled on a time frame to start the project and he soothed our nerves on some specifics of the warranty etc. He was very professional and friendly as well Bryan Basey. The project started on time and was completed by Mark and DaL. These two gentlemen are tru professionals in every since of the word. Very dedicated to doing a great job for the customer and their company.It was a pleasure working with this company. My wife and I give them a 5 Star rating.They did everything they promised in a very professional manner.

Prices quoted for other contractors were not close to what the actual contractors quoted (i.e., concrete and tile setter) Four Seasons owner and personnel were very professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with their part. We sit in the room every night even though it has been in the 20's 30''s etc. Can hardly wait until we can sit out there I the spring and summer. The sun room is just the beginning of the expenses. Keep in mind you will need to budget for heat and air; flooring; sun shades or drapes or other window covering; additional shade such as a Pergula; new furniture.

the ceiling leaked with every rain, wiring was not to code, heat/ac unit was not properly sized for the room, had to buy another unit, windows all leaked air. Found after the fact that they did not obtain a permit to build the room.

Very happy with our chosen contractor. They don't limit themselves to just sunrooms and enclosures, they put up a new patio cover after ours was torn off by a storm. Our patio can once again be used, the temperature difference is amazing!
