They arrive on time, were very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I called and left a message to address an issue with ants we were having. My call was returned promptly and an appointment was made for that week. Technician was on time, listened to our concerns and was clear about an action plan. We have not seen any pests since our residence was treated. They were professional on the phone and while providing service. Will use again.

Provider did a good job and when ants were not gone with several days, he came back out and went to a lot of trouble to find the source, which was in the middle of the foundation and difficult to get to.

Very professional Inspected our house, inside and out. Showed me where termites were. Drilled the holes and applied the termite poison. All went well.

They were quick in getting there, and as far as I know, the job is done. I thought it was a little bit high, but other than that, it was okay.

I thought I had termites. After inspection just had some wood rot. Liked the company and hired them to do ant and spider control.

While drilling in grout accidentally chipped two tiles. Rodney immediately called Eddie Magee of Punch List who set up a time to come out and replace the tiles. Eddie was right on time, replaced the two tiles like new.

From start to finish it could not have gone smoother. First phone call was received positively, appt scheduled quickly, on-site service excellent, follow-up excellent, and all with a smile!

My realtor recommended Rodney to do a termite inspection and treatment if necessary. He did find signs of termites but was able to perform the treatment the next day. He was very prompt at being there exactly when he said he would and did a great job. He was also honest and reasonable in his cost. I asked him to show me what to look for in the future and he was very good to take me around and show the different types of signs. I will be more knowledgable in the future even though my house did not have a huge problem.

I have used Strike 3 for a year now. I have been very happy with their service. I plan on continuing using them and will recommend them to anyone.

We have had great results with Strike 3. Rodney is always on time for our appointments - he is super punctual. And he is very thorough in spraying and treating our house for pests. He always says that if we have any problems between scheduled applications to just call and he will come by to take care of them. We haven't had any problems with bugs since Strike 3 started treating our house.

We have used Strike 3 for the past four years. Rodney is the owner and the only service person for his company. Rodney is polite, professional, very punctual and thorough with his job. We have gotten to know him over the years and trust his professional opinions. We have pets so it is important to have a provider that understands that we are highly concerned over what chemicals are used, how they will affect our pets (large dogs & cats) and someone who is comfortable around our pets. We have one dog who is highly sensitive that Rodney has suggested that when we treat the yard that our dog not be in that part of the yard for at least a day to air on the safe side for any potential reactions. We had a reaction in our sensitive dog once that almost led to a ER visit with a product we used (on our own) that was supposed to be pet safe after it dried and it wasn't! We typically have had Rodney come out to our home once every 6 months and found that his treatments lasted any where from 5 months or more. I highly suggest that anyone who cares about their pets should pick up all pet food and pet water bowls and store them away until chemicals have dried. Pull away items from the walls and in closets so that all baseboards are exposed. The better you move things away from the walls the more efficient your pest treatment will be. Rodney told me very few people do this and this is likely why our treatments last as long as they do.He estimates that his treatments last around 3-4 months.
