Jeff Saunders accepted our call to see what our problems were. He arrived when he said he would, came in and assessed the situation then prepared a very reasonable estimate. He went to get parts and returned quickly to start the work and very quickly completed his tasks. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will use them again when more work is needed.

Called 2 other companies to get quotes, both were top rated companies on Angie's list and both called back but blew me off on quotes. Royal Electrical Service came down a couple of days after I called them to give me quote. Quote was very reasonable, and I scheduled work to be done the next week. The electrician showed the day he was supposed to, and it actually took him a lot more time than i was quoted for due to my house being old and old owner's having shady work done. Even though it took him much longer than they thought, and I told him if I had to pay more I would understand, but they stuck to the original quote. Company did an excellent job and they will be the first company I call if I need an electrician again. It was been 3-4 weeks since work was done and I have not had any issues with the areas they repaired.

They took off every outlet cover and tightened all wires in the area of the house that was a problem. They didn't charge since it was considered an estimate. Estimate was around $4000.

Our house is older, and the previous owners did not always treat it well. Jeff from Royal has done several jobs for us, fixing and updating poor work from the past. He has done a great job, and is always very thorough and conscientious. We highly recommend him!

They were efficient, very clean, gave me a senior citizen discount and stayed until the job was finished. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, no questions asked.
