The work turned out really well. They came out in a really timely manner to provide estimates and then were able to complete the work quickly. They were the best price that I had gotten. They followed up with the work too, just to make sure that I was satisfied. They did a good job!

Called Rainguard they sent out an estimator, reviewed work to be done and scheduled for install. Work completed to satisfaction.

They were very good. They built it in the front and then all around the house. They were very good with the color match and did it all in one day’s time. They came initially for the measurement and did an awesome job. They also didn’t leave any mess around and I will use them in future.

Rain Guard provided an estimate the day after I called. When I called to schedule the installation they were out the next morning installing the gutter. It looks great - excellent service.

They were fast, efficient, and professional from beginning to end, from salesman through installer.

We used them to replace our hail damaged gutters in 2009 and they did a great job. However, we had another hail storm in 2010. I have tried calling three times to get an estimate and still haven't received a response. The first call was immediately after the hail storm so I thought I would wait a few months to try them again as I was sure they were extremely busy do to the amount of homes that were damaged. Unfortunately I have called them two more times to get an estimate and neither of those calls were returned. The most recent call was six months after the storm.

They arrived within one day of calling for an estimate. They provided a detailed estimate and said they could do the job the very next day. The day of the project, they called before arriving and arrived at the time they said they would. The job was very well done and their salesman was a pleasure to do business with.

We were having our house's exterior painted also and the company came and removed old gutters so that we could paint and came back later to install the new gutters. Salesman also brought by sample colors twice, very pleased with the entire process!

I was not happy with them and ended up calling Better Business Bureau with a complaint on them. They went out when they were supposed to go out and replace the gutters. They pulled the old gutters off and did not do replacement and I had to keep after them for the whole month before I had new gutters on that house. They claimed that there was no electrical connection for them, but, it should not have taken them a month because we had the appointment. The tenant left the extension cord out there and they were okay. I was after them for a month; I was not getting responses and it was not until I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau that they actually went back to install the gutters that I had already paid for. The price was fine, but, the professionalism, responsiveness and the service was not at all good.

They did a very nice job and responded promptly to adjust a couple of things.

The sales representative was prompt, friendly, efficient, and accurate. I knew exactly what to expect from the company and the installers. The work crew showed up on time and did a clean and professional job. The workmanship was excellent. Overall, working with this company was an excellent experience, if a bit pricey.

There wasn't a single thing I was unhappy with. Rain Guard was here on time, they did the work quickly and efficiently. I found them to be very professional and friendly, and the price was fair. I was very impressed, and would recommend them to anyone.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT SHOWING UP IN NO TIME AFTER I GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM. THEY WERE ALSO GOOD ABOUT GETTING THE WORK DONE VERY QUICKLY AND NOT MESSING AROUND.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. I DON'T THINK I WILL BE NEEDING ANY MORE GUTTERS FOR MY HOUSE, BUT IF I DID I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN. MY GUTTERS LOOK EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE REALLY FAST AND DIDN'T HANG AROUND WHILE WORKING. THEY WERE ALSO VERY FRIENDLY TO ME AND MY HUSBAND WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT NOT TAKING TOO MUCH OF OUR TIME AS WELL.

I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I FOUND THIS COMPANY THROUGH MY FRIEND NEXT DOOR. SHE HAD JUST GOTTEN HERS DONE SO I HAD A CHANCE TO SEE THEIR WORK BEFORE I CALLED THEM.
