They were prompt in placing a call to us, coming out to give an estimate and scheduling the job. The job was done professionally and promptly as it was scheduled. They cleaned up after themselves leaving only the new gutters as evidence of their presence at our home. They were very reasonably priced and had a great selection of product colors to chose from so it was easy to match our house color scheme.

I got an estimate from two different companies, and when this one lower their price a bit to match their competitor, their faster response time made me opt in their favor. Both the quote process and the installation happen very fast, and were done very professionally. We received a day of rain right afterwards and I am completely satified with my new beautiful gutters, and the cleanliness of the job. I would highly recommend them.

The only constructive feedback I would give was that I had to call them to check in on the change of date rather than them calling me. However, they knew who I was, always responded, were apologetic for the delay. They even came back to add some extensions in the backyard per my request. I would definitely use them again.

The contact person who gave us an estimate was very friendly and professional. He came out on June 18 and was able to work us in on June 21. The estimate was very fair and the final cost was not more than the estimate. Home Depot also gave us an estimate that was almost 4 times the cost of Rain Guard for the very same job. We were very happy with their work. The guttering color matches the house and looks wonderful. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The representative from Rain Guard, Ricky Velasco, was the consummate professional. He arrived on time, was courteous, was knowledgeable about the product, and was thorough in his estimate.

The estimate was painless. Very knowledgeable, no heavy sales pitch, very attentive. Installation happened while I was at work and was flawless. They also matched the paint perfectly. The gutters look great!

They were very efficient from start to finish. After calling, came out the next day and gave us an estimate. It took about two weeks after agreeing to estimate for set up time. The guys arrived when they said they would, job was done efficiently and they left no mess.

Work looks relly good the salesman revised and discounted the bill for downspout pipes not installed. also discounted the bill by $ to compensate for delays due to a large backlog of work.

Brad came and quoted the gutters for the whole house on the day and the time that I requested. He was very prompt. As we walked around he informed me that our current gutters were installed incorrectly and that they would look for damage while they install the new ones correctly. Brad also reworked the plan to move the unsightly drain spout from right in front of the door to a more appealing place. Although Brad's quote was higher than the other bids I got, I believe I made the right choice. I talked to Brad after getting other quotes on a Friday, and he said they would be there Monday to install. His installers were prompt on Monday morning and got straight to work. They installed a drain extension to our rain barrel as well. Although a few of my flowers got stepped on in the process, they were very clean and neat. They cleaned up all the trash and even wiped the caulking so it was clean and neat. I filled out a comment card for Rain Guard when I received the bill just to let them know that a couple of plants were stepped on, and they responded immediately by offering a years of gutter cleaning free. Now that is just wonderful customer service. I am highly impressed with this company and Brad is a great salesperson to deal with. I definitely am glad I chose Rain Guard, Inc.

They were awesome and had one of the lowest prices. I couldn't believe that I could get such a good company at such a good price. They were less expensive than going to Lowe's and dealing with them. They came out to my house with their new truck and there were no subcontractors. I recommended them to several people since then.

They made an exception to get a quote to me as the time frame they wanted to do the quote was impossible for me to be there. A quote was made and I waited for a call to set up an installation date/time. No call came, but I happened to be home when the installers arrived (lucky for both of us). The tehnicians went right to work and had the job done in short order. Clean up was excellent. Other than getting our wires crossed in setting up the appointment, everything went fine. I thought the price was a bit high, but I was told up front that all work had a $200 minumum charge, so I knew what I was getting.

They’ve been very good overall! They were quick, clean, and did a good job. The quality of the gutter is also good. They adjusted a gutter so that the water from the roof would go to into a rain barrel. Their price was within line. Everything went well!
