Work went very well - Ron (sales manager) came to my house as scheduled, discussed the options with me, and gave me a detailed quote. I scheduled the work that day, and the crew came out a few days later, as scheduled, and performed the work. The work went well, the crew was professional and cleaned up all debris, and the new gutters look and work great. I would definitely call them again if I needed additional gutter work.

I have no complaints. There was nothing different. The pricing was a little steep. I would refer them to a friend.

Excellent. The crew showed up at the time they indicated they would be there. It did not take long and they did exactly what was quoted. While repairing one of the gutters, they noted it was full of leaves and cleaned it for us. We had expected the cost to be considerably more than what was charged. We have subsequently had a heavy rain and the gutter that replaced existing guttering performed as advertised. The old gutter could not handle the water. We typically do not rate any service as A.

Owner on time and courteous. Responded quickly to our calls/emails. Quality work at reasonable price.

Travis arrived exactly at the time agreed upon and was very professional and well groomed. He spent almost an hour looking at the gutter needing repair and explaining his findings, at no charge. He was patient, and there was not a "hard sell" for products or services. He left quotes for 3 options to choose from if we changed our minds. Even though no work was done at the time, I will definitely call Rain Guard when the time comes to replace the gutters and downspouts.

Rain Guard installed new gutters and down spots to rain barrels on my house. I talked to two companies, but went with Rain Guard because they could also install screens on my gutters so I will not have to worry about cleaning the gutters. Rain Guard arrived on time, worked very hard to complete the job. They were courteous and good workers. I am pleased with their overall service. I will call Rain Guard if I need further gutter assistance.

They were great. They had great communication and were prompt. Everything was a great experience for me. I will use them again in the future. I will also recommend them to others that are looking for this type of work.

When I contacted Rain Guard, they were very quick to get a time scheduled for the estimate, and showed up on time, respectful of our time. Travis was great to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. We had a lower estimate from another company after this initial visit, but Travis was very willing to work with us both on the cost and size of down spouts. We got the details worked out quickly and they were out there very soon afterward and did a very good, professional job. We had a few unique requests due to water problems we'd been having around the house, and they were great about taking care of our concerns. I would definitely use Rain Guard again if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing guttering work.

Came and looked. Then someone came and did work. Was not out any money, other than the 99.00 which was the deal on Angie's list.

Always easy to deal with. I am rarely home when they come, but, I have never had a complaint. It is rare to find any service company that will provide a service when the home owner is not home anymore. This is a huge plus to me. The price is always hard to swallow, but, I have yet to find a company that is cheaper with this level of professionalism and competence.

It was good. They were there when they said. I got an estimate and it’s what they billed me for. However, the estimate was for like eight hours and they were only there for like three hours. I had to call them and tell them that they didn’t bill me properly. That was not good. You kind of have to watch or pay attention. I think they are good. They are no different as far as the estimate. I think you have to watch everybody. The cost was a little expensive but I think that’s the going rate right now. It was comparable.

It went great even if it was raining....the two young men were very professional and quick...We are very pleased with their work. Would recommend Rain Guard to anyone....

Rain Guard did a good job of cleaning out my gutters. I was not as pleased with the gutter repair-- which was probably more of a communication issue in the beginning than the actual work performed. Rain Guard removed a portion of the downspout that was draining into my foundation and attached a flexible pipe to divert the water away from the roof. This was just as I had discussed with the estimator. The issue that I was not pleased with was that a huge hole was left where rain would continue to access the foundation. I had to call in a contractor to come fill the hole with concrete. I felt like the estimator could have mentioned that his company would not be taking care of that part of the work. I would consider this company again, but I would make sure to ask for specific details about the service (e.g., What will the repair look like? What steps will be done to make the repair? etc.).

I was impressed with the quick installation following our initial meeting, the persons answering phones at their office, the salesman, Luke, and the installers. They were all very coureous and professional. Luke suggested I use a different color than what I assumed, and it ended up being a very good choice. Because the gutters are seamless, they are practically unnoticeable. Since we have had a recent hard rain, they are keeping the water off fragile areas in my yard, which was always a battle with the elements. I highly recommend Rain Guard to anyone who wants quality gutters.

Once gutters were installed, we have noticed a major difference in flooding in our backyard after the last major storm. I am really glad we have installed our gutters at the right time of the year. A previous subcontractor to a roofing company we hired had installed guttering incorrectly, and with the new gutters, downspouts, cleaning and repair of previously installed gutters we have noticed a major difference in flooding in our backyard after the last major storm. I contacted the Rain Guard office and made arrangements for a salesman to come check out our gutter issues. The office staff were really helpful. When Mike arrived excactly when he said he would, he was able to answer all our questions and concerns with problem areas. His approach was totally professional! He was able to provide us with not only one proposal but several very detailed choices that would fit our specific needs. I was amazed at his ability to quickly assess the situation and offer solutions. I had good intentions to call him back with our answer but as things would have it, we had several family medical probelms to take care of. Mike waited a whole week to call me back and I appreciated that! He never harrassed us to answer him. We made arrangements for work to begin on a certain day and just as promised the workers showed up. The men worked tirelessly and were very focused to complete their job as planned. All were considerate and respectful of our daily activities. When the men completed the work they were amazing !!!! The clean up was meticulous and they even swept off some of the sidewalk. We have now had our first test of the Rain Guard seamless guttering as it is raining and everything they promised us we are now experiencing. It is very difficult these days to find honesty and transparency in companies and the people that work there these days. This company hit the ball out of the park!
