+ -1 moreFound the bad part and disconnect it. Place a call to the company but the model has been discontinued. So I will replace it just haven't got one yet.

+ -1 moreHe came out a day after we called. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. Took care of both problems. We were pleased with his work. We have a bigger project coming up soon and will definitely call them for the job.
Description of Work: Needed a smoke detector replaced as the old one had sparked and had burnt places on it. Also had an electrical outlet that started smoking when used.

He walked me thru a number of troubleshooting processes prior to taking on the job, I was able to fix the issue without Pro Amp coming out and charging for services. This is the service, integrity, and honesty, that I search for in a contractor. Although I did not need their services at this time, you can bet that I will call them for all my future projects. Great customer service is hard to find. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Thanks!!
