Pretty N Paint & Tile, Inc.

The owner asked for 1/3 in advance and an advance payment of $850 was paid. Then no one was showing up. Suddenly three women came in and 2 had no knowledge of painting. One grabbed a paint bush and started painting in a back room without turning lights on or moving furniture, and was slapping paint around light switches, spilling paint on the light weight plastic which stuck to her bare feet and she couldn't walk around. The other one was putting masking tape on walls then got a light weight ladder, stuck one leg in the paint bucket and started trying to clean it up. I ask those 2 not to come back and the company owner, who had told me she was doing the work originally, was to continue. However, she went for 4 or 5 days at a time without coming, calling, or being able to be reached. She would show up for 3 hours and leave, everyday leaving a horrible mess and tracking trash and paint all over the house. She went another full week without coming or calling, and when she showed up I had to ask her to stop and repay me for the excess I had paid her. The house was left in a mess and another painter said all work had to be redone. Not one room was completed. However, she never repaid me at all.

She did an amazing job. The work is perfect and the price was beyond reasonable. I would use her again in a second and I wouldn't actually consider using anybody else. I highly recommend Jeanette for your painting needs, inside or outside.

Words cannot describe how good this young lady is with paint. She quoted the job and stuck to the price even though it was way more daunting than she expected. Did a perfect job. The work looks amazing. If you hire anybody else to do your paint job you have made a mistake. Hire Jeanette! A++++
