Plumb Safe Plumbing

On October 2nd, 2014, I spoke with JC Wheeler. I explained I had a leak and needed it fixed quickly. (costly water bill) Earlier that day, my regular (excellent) handyman found the leak, located possibly under driveway and said I needed an expert for this leak. JC Wheeler said he could come over at 6am on October 3rd, 2014. I got up and waited for him. I went outside at 6am and waited. Shortly after 6am I noticed he had texted (at 6am) and said he would be running late. So I waited a while. Nothing. I texted him at 10:50am. He said he would be there within the hour. Nothing. I texted him again around 2pm. He said he had an emergency call at Sam's. I text him a few hours later. I explained I really needed to know when he was coming. Nothing. I sent him a final email explaining I have a costly leak still flowing. At this point it is the weekend and I will be paying weekend rates. This guy has indirectly cost me a lot of money. I don't know how his work is but because of his lack of professionalism, responsiveness and zero punctuality, I can not recommend him. I would not trust your costly leak to someone like this, unfortunately.

They are on Angie’s List. The guy was nice but the guy did not do things right and he left my house and picked his girlfriend who is a doctor and came three hours later. I started to wonder how many more winters I am going to get from Angie’s list and from where these people are coming from. This guy he was okay and I liked what he did. He came back and he was putting in a hot water tank for me. He was in a rush and my water was cut off at the curve and he didn’t put the lid back over it and there were some things that I felt he neglected, otherwise the tank works okay. I just felt he could have been more professional or reliable but he left and came three hours later. He knew what he was doing but he acted like his time was certainly his own and not mine. His price was pretty reasonable because it was an upgraded tank and pretty decent one. He came and was in a hurry and cut the water off and did a little bit and took a little cover off the water faucet and didn’t put it on. He came on time. I did ask to look at my toilet I think he is covered up or he didn’t need my business as I have not heard anything.
