They went above and beyond that immediate issue, to upgrade my computer, make files, remove malwear, clean up potential problems, and answer questions. I learned so much through this experience. So grateful for their understanding and expertise.

 + -1 moreI want somebody local and good and can take care of my computer and PC Innovations does that. Just whatever I needed, they were there. They have been really reasonable and extremely helpful. They can log in to my computer from where they're at so that means I don't have to take it to their shop and they don't even charge me for that.

 + -1 moreCalled them to see if they had time to work on my iMac that was not working due to power supply failure. They were out of the office but met me close to where I was and picked up my iMac and took it back to their office. They later called with the diagnosis and then again when it was fixed. They even stayed late to allow me to pick it up after work as I work in Lawton and drove all the way to Edmond to pick it up. GREAT SERVICE!!
Description of Work: My Apple iMac was under warranty and did not want to go through the hassle of the the Apple Store. They fixed my iMac with no issues and it works great after a new Power Supply!
