+ -1 moreI found an outside outlet dead. Checked breaker box and found GFI breaker tripped. Ii would not reset for me. I called Owens Ekectric. Charlie was on site within 30 minutes. We discovered that I had accidentally gotten water in outlet earlier. Charlie was able to reset the breaker.
Description of Work: Charlie was able to reset the GFI.

+ -1 moreAs I am a landlord and depend on the servicemen I use to be both on time and reliable, I called Owen Electric to help me with a potentially dangerous situation. One of my tenants was getting bad popping sounds and short circuits happening at the apartment and I immediately called Charlie Owen. He came right out within a few hours and found the bad line within a hundred and forty degree attic and replaced it, checking and replacing some circuit breakers as well. I can rest assured that if ever I have an emergency or situation in which I have to depend on someone with excellent electrical skills and know how, Owen Electric is who I ll call.
Description of Work: They checked a line in an attic on one of my tenant s home and found old wiring that was causing short circuits to occur. They replaced the line with all new wiring and ran the line back to the circuit breaker box. They also replaced some faulty circuit breakers.
