Description of Work: I used OMNI to clean the carpets in a home I purchased. They also suggested I have the carpets stretched. 30-90 days after the cleaning the same spots returned. The carpet was not stretched properly. There was no furniture in the home at the time so there is no reason that the carpet couldn't be stretched properly. As for the spots I bought a DIY carpet cleaner from Best Buy, removed the spots and they haven't returned.

+ -1 moreThey guys were very nice and right on spot. They knew what they were doing and you could tell that for sure.
Description of Work: After water damage from a water heater they pulled up the carpet and padding, cleaned with chemicals to prevent mold, and left a fan on the floor to dry up all the water for 4 days.

+ 0 moreOmni arrived on time. I walked through our house and showed the employee where there were problem areas, spots on the rug that would not come out with our home rug cleaner. He was only there for about 30-45 minutes. Spots were gone, and the carpet looked great! I wish I had done this years ago. The whole house smelled better, too. I would say I had an excellent experience with Omni. They were easy to schedule with, too.
