Great experience

He did an excellent job. There were some pretty rough places up the grout and that was really amazing. We had no idea he could get the grout looking like new. He estimated with $840, but it ended up with $500. What he did was really hard for several hours. We will use him again.

Overall, it went very well. Arrived on time. Took his time and did a professional job.

Wonerful, wonderful, wonderful!! OMG!!! I wish I would have taken pictures. My carpet is light burbur and it had dark stains, yellow stains and high traffic marks in the hall and all entrances. I didn't think the carpet could be cleaned because a well known company (SS) came out and alledgedly cleaned the carpet and it was still dirty. They told me that it could not be cleaned, so I was expecting minimual results at best, I thought I would have to go ahead and invest in hardwood floors before I was really ready. When Mr. Russell was finished, the carpet looked almost like it did when it was originally put down. I was so surprised, I will definitely use him again, Oh and I had my light colored ceramic floors done as well, the grout was light but had turned black, when he was done it was back to the original light colored grout. I tell you this man is really, really good, but besides that he was friendly but professional, he was on time, and his prices were very reasonable (About the same as SS but with results).

Andrew was very professional and I would use him again. He did miss a few spots but overall for the price it was a good job.

I joined Angie's List for the sole purpose of finding a great carpet cleaner, and thankfully that is exactly what happened. The owner of this company is the one who does the work. He has many years of experience (it seems like he said around 20 years), and he does very detailed, thorough work. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I didn't feel nervous with him in my home the way I do with some contractors. He cleaned the carpets in my master bedroom, study, and stairs leading to second floor. He did a fabulous job and removed stains that have been in the carpet for years. My husband and I were very, very pleased. Another important detail is that he cleans carpets with an expensive steam cleaning machine -- not the cheap dry chemical machines that are very bad for carpets. We will definitely be hiring Oklahoma's Finest Tile and Carpet Cleaning when we need our carpets cleaned in the future.

Overall---Was WONDERFUL! A Really nice guy! Great work and very proffessional attitude! Everything about this experience was positive! I like it when they show up when they SAY they will and do a great job of working while they are here! This compant DID these things and has a great product!

This is the second time we've used Oklahoma's Finest Carpet Cleaning. Monte is very professional, timely, trustworthy and does a thorough job. He was recoommended to us by the dealer who sold us our carpet, who assured us that Monte used processes and cleaning supplies that would not void our warranty.

He does a great job at a really fair price! He's been doing the work for many years, and he's very professional. I'm a realtor and I trust him to do the properites for me; I've been using his for about 3 years. It's been a great experience overall!

Cost seemed high but I was pleased with results.

Mr. Russell did an outstanding job. Very refreshing to find someone who takes pride in their work and goes that extra mile. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He got out several stains that had been there for a long time and the carpet now looks outstanding once again. After seeing the quality of his work we will definitely hire him again. And, with two dogs we won't be waiting for another three years.
