I am pleased with the work done. The only catch and the only reason I'm giving them a B instead of an A on quality is a little hitch in service more than the work done but it affected the final outcome. They called one day saying they could deliver my rugs that morning. I was unable to be home for them on such short notice. It took several more days before they were able to deliver. Judging by the kink on one edge my rugs were in the bottom of the delivery van all that time. The weight of other rugs caused a semi-permanent kink. It doesn't make me happy but it doesn't ruin my life either. All in all, the only issue I have is the company needs to make arrangements for delivery BEFORE loading the rugs in the van. I still give them an A on service because of their assistance rolling them out on my floor, plus the information that they would have helped me roll them up in the first place. That's more accommodating than most services. I have recommended them since and have no problem contracting their service again in the future. P.S. After this block there is information required by Angie's List on the age of my house. The work was performed at the cleaning company and the age of the house should be far less important than the age of the rugs. The rugs are 20+ years old.

They might offer other services too, but we have used them only for carpet cleaning. I always call them on Tuesday and asked them if they can clean the carpets before Friday. We use them once a year. They are always available within a week. They are very nice, courteous, friendly, and very professional. They get right to work and stay with it until they are done. They do great work and we continue to use them. It takes them about two and a half hours to do the whole house.
