The service man was two hours late. Could not fix my freezer. After he left I noticed the light would not come on in the freezer. I called them to let them know and they said they would be out to fix it and they never showed up.

I apologize about the inconvenience this has caused you, I’ve spoken with the technician and he informed me he called multiple times and also texted saying he was running a little behind, it is often hard to determine how long these things will take and this was one of those times where the jobs before you took longer then we had anticipated. About the freezer not being fixed, the tech informed you the part you needed was no longer made or offered by this manufacturer, About the bulb, the tech said he doesn’t remember if the bulb was burnt out in the freezer or not, and I know when I called you said you already purchased a new bulb, but like I said we will cover the bulb and make sure it’s the correct bulb made for the unit so you don’t have anymore trouble with it, please let me know if you change your mind and I will come out myself to install a new one. Im sorry you had a bad experience with our service, I assure you we are taking steps to make sure our techs are on time and things like this don’t happen again. Please consider giving us another chance to win your business back and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Tech replaced two switches and checked all wiring. Determined the microwave could not be repaired. He took his time in checking everything out. He was very thorough. Very nice.

N2 Appliances was very responsive to our needs. They responded to our on line inquiry within the hour (on a weekend) and promptly booked the service appointment. Our dryer needed a part that was not in stock, but the part was ordered and received the next day, and was installed the day after. The dryer works great, we would definitely use N2 Appliances again.

N2 Appliances did a good job with my fridge repair. The repair was fairly challenging and time-consuming. It took them 2-3 hours to perform and it was late at night (they didn't leave the house until 11pm), but they were patient and friendly during the whole process. They did a good job explaining what was going on and I learned a lot about appliances during the process. Even though this repair took a lot longer than expected they charged me a modest price. I'm very glad I hired them for this repair.

They were wonderful. Andrew was my technician and he was outstanding. Excellent service. He explained what was wrong, how to fix it and it was done in a timely manner. Very informative and courteous. The fan was replaced on Monday but the fridge didn't cool down. I called and they said it sometimes takes 24 hours or more. On Tuesday morning it still hadn't cooled down so I called in. They told me they couldn't make it back out until Wednesday. The technician came back out and checked it and said the new fan was defective. He wanted to order a new fan from a different vendor and said it wouldn't be in until sometime Thursday. The technician came back out about 8:30 or so on Thursday night. I think they should have come back out Tuesday since repairs should have been completed on Monday. The technician was polite and efficient but they did not seem to see the urgency
