I was referred to this company by a family member. The first contact was professional and I was given an email address to send in my request for a proposal. When I didn't hear back, I called the telephone number I had and left a message. The individual returned my call and said, "Who is this?" When I explained, he said, "Oh, okay." Very unprofessional. I was given two separate dates on when the estimates would be completed. I gave up after the second date was missed and there was no followup from the company. The Spring weather in NE Oklahoma has provided these companies with more than enough work - one day, when business slows, they may regret their lack of professionalism and poor communication. Just wonder about the quality of work.

Work was started and completed in 2 days. They brought plenty of roofers to perform the work. I need a return visit to seal rain from leaking between chimney and patio cover. The promptly scheduled a service call and fixed the problem.

They did what they promised me. They cleaned up their mess very well. They were very professional, and they did very excellent work. I would highly recommend them.

We were very satisfied. The man who was our representative is no longer with them, but he was very good about making sure that we were happy, and we were. We were leaving town, and they wanted to accommodate us and get it done before we left, and they were able to do this.

I AM REALLY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THIS COMPANY DID FOR ME. I WAS HAPPY THAT THEY GOT THE JOB DONE, IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME FOR ME, AND I WAS PLEASED WITH HOW THEY REPRESENTED THEIR BUSINESS.
