They were on time and very pleasant. They had quoted us $300.00 for the job which is what it ended up costing. After they left, we noticed 1" gaps in the top of the drywall underneath the cabinets. Because they nailed in the drywall insteading of screwing it in, we're going to have to patch the upper portion before we can have the backsplash put in. They left a mess, didn't see any attempt to clean it up. The patching job they did on the walls was done by two other guys and they did a beautiful job, but the 3rd gentleman handling the drywall I wouldn't use again.

We had removed our old backsplash in the kitchen and tore the drywall out with it. They came by for the estimate and we showed them other areas in the house (with very high ceilings) that had cracks along the seam lines. All in all, there were about 7 places in the living room and entry way that needed fixing. Also, had an old telephone line put back in the wall and the wall fixed. They responded quickly and patched all the repairs, installing new drywall in the kitchen. However, after they left we noticed a big gap in a coupled of places in the drywall next to the bottom of the cabinet that we are going to have to repair because the gap is large enough that a new backsplash won't stick to that area. There was a lot of mess left, in chairs in the upstairs that wasn't cleaned up. We had told them not to worry about the carpet because that was going to be replaced so that was ok, but the counters weren't wiped down and stuff all over the kitchen floor. I expect a little mess to a certain extent because it is construction but there was more than expected. They are reasonable on their prices but for a major job, I don't think I would use them again.
