+ -1 moreLuke discovered that my hard drive was bad. He went above and beyond what I've experienced from other providers. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do and the processes he was going to take. He gave me several options and explain each one along the service process. I ended up having to buy a new computer, but Luke backed up all my data on an external drive so that it could be transferred to the new computer. I will definitely use Luke for all my future computer repair needs.
Description of Work: Windows 10 locked up on me. Luke tried to resolve the problem.

+ -1 moreHe was extremely knowledgeable and professional. After working on the computer for some time, he diagnosed the issue as a hard disk failure. After purchasing a hard disk and installing it, I had Luke re-install Win 7 and the computer has worked flawlessly. I would absolutely use Luke again in the future for any IT issues.
Description of Work: Luke came to our workplace to troubleshoot an issue with a wall mounted computer.
