My experience with them went okay. The communication was terrible and they didn't do anything on time. They had to come back because my gutters weren't done right. I just wasn't a very good experience. I thought the price was pretty good. Once he came back and fixed the gutters, it was fine.

The estimate was good. I even checked them on Angie?s, and they were rated high. They were highly professional, and I liked them a lot. They were here within hours of me calling them, and they were here on time.

In June of last year there was a bad hail storm in Phenix City, AL. My roof recieved damage from it. The roof was already in bad shape and had two patches on it when I bought the home. I recieved Justin's name from my older brother and called him the same day. He came out and inspected my roof the next day and gave me an estimate. We agreed on a price and was told that it would be about a week and a half before they could perform the work. It wound up being close to three weeks before the work could be done due to bad weather in the area that kept their crews from working and put other jobs behind, but it was O.K. since Justin kept me up to date on what the situation was and my roof was not leaking. When the weather got better and they could do the work, the shingles, dumpster and all other materials were delivered on Friday afternoon. On Saturday the crews arrived on time and were working on my house by 8:30. There was a crew of about 12 and everyone was very well behaved and courteous. They removed the old roof with making as little mess as possible and inspected every sheet of decking and replaced two that had rotted. They then ran the paper on the decking before laying the new shingles. As they ran the new shingles they popped chalk lines to keep them all in level. The new ridge vent that was installed has shingles over the top so it blends in and vents all the way down it instead of just at the ends. All the new vent tubes and attic vent have a flat black finish and are not made of the thin metal of the old ones so they won't rust. They also replaced my roof on my shed since it had a hole and went through the same process and matched it to the roof on the house. They then proceeded to clean up anything in the yard including going through the bushes to get anything that might have fallen there. They did a great job at this and I only found one roofing nail in the 8 months since. The whole job was done by 2:30 that afternoon.The job they did was great, the roof looks EXCELLENT! I have seen alot of new roofs that can not compare to the job they did.
