Description of Work: Good advice on design choices. Difficult communication, scheduling -- slowed down work. Work done was good although there was an issue that was initially difficult to resolve. Ultimately the outcome was good.

Description of Work: Most recently did tile work in bath. Good job. Creative approach. Good price. Previously did floor tile indoors and outdoors. Great job. Replaced a bath counter with fancy travertine I wish we had not used for maintenance reasons. Would say that attention to leveling and finishing of edges of surfaces could have been better in each of these jobs. Recommend specifically detailing those finishing details when designing job. Otherwise, a good contractor and good work for a decent price.

Started with my own personal remodel of my home, then used her for a remodel of an investment home I purchased and continue to use her for staging and assisting my residential clients that are selling their homes. She helps us get the home ready to go on the market and put "our best foot forward". My clients love working with her and I never hestitate to refer her.

She is an excellent listener, provides many options for our evaluation, is willing to do the entire job "turn key" or work with her clients on any level they desire. My husband and I have built homes before and have a good idea of what our likes/dislikes are. Michele provided support by doing up-front research for us in areas of design such as tile selections, paint selections, saving us many hours of work. We worked as a team on this and are extremely pleased with the result. Michele worked within our budget, often saving us money by providing less costly alternatives, a highly desirable ability when doing a whole house remodel. On occasion, we were able to find materials for the home at a better cost than what Michele was able to provide; Michele never hesitated to support our decision to go with the "cost saving alternative". Michele is a true professional. Easy to work with and one you will soon count among your friends.
Description of Work: We performed a complete remodel of our existing home in Northwest Hills. Michele provided design and decorating support for paint selections, faux finishing, tile work, plumbing fixture selections, sinks and now that we are in the home, she is providing support for the drapery and window covering selections.
