Description of Work: These guys are our new heroes! Excellent service from Matt, the owner, and the team of Isaias and David, all of whom were very professional and personable. They cleared nearly three, 14-foot trucks worth of junk and debris from a property that included a house with a large basement and garage. They worked hard all day and stayed until the entire job was finished, and they remained extremely polite and helpful throughout. Very expert and service oriented. Very highly recommended.

Description of Work: They were great, luckily made it out that same day. Will use again, I had a bunch of wood decking so boards over 15 feet I needed removed from my back yard and they came and hauled it all off for me. Will be using again.

Description of Work: They completely removed all the junk in the garage and attic, and even swept the floor in the garage afterward. They did the work very quickly and did not damage any walls or floors. In fact, I am getting ready to call them again - it is amazing how junk accumulates!

Description of Work: Junk Boss removed (very quickly) a garage full of junk, and even swept out the garage. They also graciously moved junk from the second floor of the house. They worked quickly, were clean and didn't damage any walls or floors. In fact, I am getting ready to call them again - it's amazing how quickly junk collects!

Description of Work: I received a call back from Matt almost immediately and set up a time for the next afternoon. 3 young men arrived 30 minutes early with a truck and each one introduced themselves. After explaining their rates (which was also explained over the phone with Matt) and how they work, began removing the stuff I had pointed out to them. |The men were professional, courteous and polite, going way above their duty by killing a couple of large snakes that were hiding under an old pool they were removing. I'm certain they earned their paycheque just with that, alone! |I have a special needs son who likes to chat with people and these men were so good with him, talking, answering questions and not once losing steam while working. |All in all, I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism these young men showed and the integrity of the company overall. I would definitely recommend them to others and use them again if a need arises.

+ -1 moreI called the Junk Boss company and arranged for my old sofa to be hauled away. They could not do it the very next day, but they could pick up the sofa the day after that. I told them that the sofa was a very heavy sleeper sofa. They said no problem. On the scheduled day in the morning, but not too early, around 9:30am, two employees came to my house and picked up the old sofa and hauled it away. They were very careful not to hit any other furniture or woodwork or doorway while carrying it out. They were very polite and professional, and the cost was what was stated over the phone. Very good service.

In the past big trucks have broken them. I expressed this when arranging for an appointment. The workers (on their own) parked on the main street and "checked out" the driveway situation prior to coming in. No worries. They knew just what to do to avoid curb damage. Very professional gentlemen, very careful of walls or potential damage. Extremely reasonable. Am going to call them back to remove some furniture. Can"t go wrong with Junk Boss.

Description of Work: Junk Boss was absolutely amazing. I had a garage full of old junk (an old couch, an old chair, a few old tables and some nic nacs). They arrived promptly and removed the junk very quickly which saved me a trip to the landfill. They even swept up!
