Showed up when he said he would. Even tried to work me in sooner, but I had my phone turned off. Went right to work; had everything needed to do the job. Excellent job done despite uneven floor. Good explanation of what should be done to correct bad cement work if we ever remodeled the bathroom. Very reasonable cost. Jerry will be my goto guy for plumbing from now on.

I was very impressed with him. I have used him once and plan on using him again. He was great. He got done quickly and correctly. I called the night before and I talked to him. He showed up to fix the problem the next morning .

Jerry was very responsive to our call. He immediately set up an appointment with us to install the new plumbing for a kitchen remodel and was able to schedule it to fit our remodel schedule. He confirmed my choices of faucet and disposal as good ones, but was willing to work with anything I chose. He told us he'd be here at 8am on the agreed upon date, and that's exactly when he arrived. Jerry completed the work very quickly, even though our water lines presented a bit of a challenge. He found a very effective way to resolve the water line situation . He kept the work area very clean, and left everything in very good order. We've used Jerry several times for plumbing work, and this experience was representative of all of those jobs. We would (and have) highly recommend him to anyone.

We were in an emergency situation with our old hot water heater leaking water into house. He came promptly, assessed the situation, went to get new hot water heater and installed in a timely, professional manner. We have used him before and each time have been very pleased.

I was very pleased with this service. I thought the plumber knew exactly what to do. He showed up on time and cleaned up very well after he was done. The cost that they quoted me on the phone was exactly what they charged me. I was very happy about that of course.
