The weather on the day of cleaning was extremely windy. It caused some windows to become dry even before the final cleaning portion of the process could be completed. The service person came back to finish the next day after a call to describe the effect on the windows. Therefore, I rated customer service very high.

Within an hour from the time I found JE Professional Window Cleaning through Home Advisor, I was contacted, was able to set up a time to have Tim come to our home the same day to give us a quote, and then set up a time the following day to clean our windows and screens inside and out. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! Tim did a great job at a very reasonable price. We actually really enjoyed having him in our home... very personable. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be calling again when needed.
