From the moment we were referred to Wayne & Lila Janzen, we knew we were in good hands. Upon first meeting, we were attracted to their "old school" way of doing business face to face. We appreciated that they took the time to listen to what we wanted out of their services, before making elaborate suggestions on what needed to take place. Wayne came out and looked at our property then visited us again the next day to detail out what he would like to do as well as give us an estimate of the cost. He recommended that we add dirt to the backyard to smooth the ground where we had lost a lot of top soil, re-sod our entire backyard and to extend out sprinkler system so that we could properly care for our new grass. We really felt that they were truly genuine people and that we were in good hands, so we had us put them on their schedule. Around a week after our initial meeting, they started working on our property. They completed our entire backyard in about 3 days. Wayne coordinated the entire process from the sprinkler installation to the laying of the sod. They even took extra care to shave down large roots that had moved to the surface on our completely shaded back yard. We couldn't have been more pleased with the result as well as the aftercare. Our backyard looks amazing and Wayne has stopped by on a couple of occasions to check on everything and to help us set up our sprinkler system etc. I should also note that when we received the Invoice for all the work, we were shocked to see that it was around $700 LESS then what we were quoted. To be honest, I would have paid the full agreed amount and not blinked an eye because the transformation is absolutely stunning. If you want to do business with an honest individual who will make your yard transformation as painless as possible, I would call them! They will always have our respect and recommendation.

Janzen Lawn Landscaping was great. I have always done my own landscaping before but I was unable to do it and he listened very closely to what I wanted. He went one step above everything to get the job done to the best. He is very easy to work with.
