Technician was a few minutes late but he called to advise me he was running behind schedule. He was very knowledgeable, cordial, and helpful.

Called @8am to tell me that tech would be @our place at 10AM. Showed up Lambardi time (10 min) earlier than appointment time. Got right to work after we discussed what I wanted them to do and settled on a price. Adjusted sprinkler heads, cleaned out three heads and set up a new additional sprinkler program for a problem area. Now we can water just the problem area that faces south. Fast & efficient. Was gone in 40 minutes.
