Mark was very quick to call and schedule for the initial free estimate. He was very helpful, informative, and polite during the estimate. He didn’t rush through it and looked to address the possible issues. The communication after the estimate wasn’t exactly the greatest, as I called many times and received no phone calls back and my emailed quote took a few days to arrive. Upon receiving my whole quote, we decided to do part of the work and it took many days before I got a phone call back confirming my request and scheduling a date for the work to be performed. Part of this time was during the 4th of July, which I could understand not working some of those days around the holiday. We set up a time for the work to bet performed and I was told a tech would be out between 11am and 12 noon. That time frame came and went and I gave until 1:30pm before calling Mark asking what was going on. He informed he had spoke with the tech at 11:30am and he should have called me informing he would be late if he got help up at another job. Mark ended up sending out a different tech, since he couldn’t get a hold of the tech who was supposed to do my job. The technician who arrived was very polite, informative and helpful. He didn’t rush, yet he was efficient in his work. I am pleased with the work, but if I really needed/wanted the work done sooner, I would have likely ended up calling another company.

After a somewhat less than positive experience Mark called me back and came out on a Sunday to take care of me. I really appreciated how he made sure my issues were resolved and those that he could not address he owned and that is all I can ask. Yes, I would use them again when and if I have issues with my sprinkler system.

We hired Mark to come out and winterize our sprinkler system. All this required was simply shutting off the water valve to the sprinkler unit as our lines were not equipped to be flushed out and Mark said it's not necessary for our area. Instead of simply shutting the water off and taking our money, Mark showed us everything he could about our system. Things such as changing out sprinkler heads, re-positioning them and how to troubleshoot common issues. It was very informative and definitely above and beyond what we brought him out to. He was very helpful.

The tech Mark came by to look and give me an estimate today. Very friendly, extremely professional and HONEST! After inspection advised that my system was in good order and didn't require winterization. Will call if I ever have an issue in the future. Would highly recommend Irrigation Technologies for anyone needing good, honest service.
