Arrived a little late, but made up for it by doing a great job in a minimal amount of time. I'd use them again.

Was late first time out. I had to call to get an ETA. 1st trip they failed to fix the issue. When I called to tell them voicemail was full. He answered on the second call and said he be by the next day (Friday). He no called/no showed. Called again Monday and he showed up Tuesday. They subsequently fixed the issu they came out to fix but then charged me another $75 to fix the problem they were supposed to have fixed in the first place. They were friendly and seemed knowledgeable but are unreliable and didn't stand by their repair.

It took a little extra time to get worked in to their schedule but they correctly diagnosed the problem and made the repairs in less time than estimated and under budget. I will call them for future needs and will recommend them to others.

They came when they were supposed too, pretty much did what they were supposed to w/o my supervision and brought it in under budget.

Came the next day after I called and had my problem fixed within 45 min. I would/will definitely call IT Irrigation again if I have a sprinkler problem.
