+ -1 moreIf you have a laptop or desktop’s problem, taking it apart and drag it into a shop can be a headache, But I know a guy who comes at your door, pick up the computer and bring it back to your door after he fixed it. It frustrates me to pay for an estimate when I need to know how much it will cost to fix it. These days it is hard to find someone (computer repair person) who would tell you the fact and charge you low price. Sam would charge you fare price. Many larger chains outsource repair work overseas to reduce their overhead. This can make it difficult to get questions answered after service. Anyone who has spent an hour searching for their music files after having Windows reinstalled can attest to how frustrating this can be. Description of Work: The most important thing you should know about the computer repair person is you need to be able to trust him because he would have access to all your files and pictures and so on. Sam Iron is the best computer technician I know. He found 1765 infection and 761 registry errors in my laptop and removed them all but all my files, pictures, and homework are still there. Sam also came to my house and gave me advices about the antivirus in my laptop and how to update them when is needed.
