It did not go well. I would like to say that if I could have just dealt with John Shirley and his Edmond crew things would probably have been better. Hunter headquarters out of Ardmore sent a team that was rushed and sloppy in the installation of my heat and air system. It was so bad that when I took photos and sent them to Mr. Shirley he sent someone the next day to correct the work. Cody, with the Ardmore team, told me that they were not familiar with the building codes for OKC and were not used to dealing with inspectors that might be 'picky". No surprise that we failed 2 separate inspections. Both were as a result of the Ardmore's team being in a hurry (I guess to get back to Ardmore) and shoddy work. They even damaged some of the ducts during their install.

The technician showed up an hour late. He removed the old filters but had none with which to replace them and told me I needed to buy and replace them myself. Their price for the lowest tier maintenance agreement for two visits a year is 35 per month plus the cost of freon and any parts less a 15% discount. Their price for freon is 94 dollars a pound. They said I needed about 5 pounds for the three units which had been charged last fall. i contracted for the maintenance agreement but probably will not renew for another year unless things vastly improve.
