Gosiak Tree Service LLC

After utilizing Gosiak Tree Service for several years, I recently had a very dishonest and disappointing experience with this company. On Tuesday, October 27th I contacted Gosiak anticipating we would require their services after the Ice Storm. An appointment was made for Sunday, November 1, but I was told to contact them if any branches fell that trapped us in our house (e.g. in front of the garage, etc.). As the Ice Storm worsened this exact thing happened, and so I called Gosiak back on Wednesday, October 28. Trapped in our house, I asked Kodi if they would be able to get here sooner than November 1 and he angrily said "no." I then asked him to recommend another company, and he literally started laughing at me on the phone. As you can imagine, this was upsetting. Against my better judgement I kept our November 1st appointment. During this time, Kodi came to the house and failed to give us a written quote for the work and was extremely unclear about what the cost would be to trim the dangling branches from our trees. I had already cleaned off our driveway using a chainsaw (approximately 6-8 hours of work, the work he told us to call back about and then proceeded to laugh at me when I asked him to help). He told us we would receive a quote in the next couple of days. By November 5th, we still had not received a quote nor had the work been scheduled. My wife called them back, and she was told they had already forgotten about what work to be done. My wife sent pictures and we were told we would receive a quote shortly thereafter. We have still not received the quote for the work, nor has any appointment been scheduled. As you can imagine, we will patronize other tree services moving forward.

Gosiak did an excellent job and removed the large dead Elm tree without damaging a Golden Rain tree that was located nearby. The crew showed up on time as scheduled.

Very professional! Kodi came to my house and we discussed what was needed to keep - my trees in the front and the back yard - healthy. We agreed on the work to be done and pricing and Kodi scheduled the work for the next morning. I did call the next morning around 10:00 AM and Kodi said the crew were hung on another job and they would be out in the afternoon. The workers showed up arouind 12:30, and completed the job, including nearly perfect cleanup. I would definitely hiring this company again!

Kodi arrived right on time for the estimate and was able to send a crew out later to get the work done. They were very courteous and respectful of our property and landscaping. Everything was cleaned up and looked great. Would hire them again.

Awesome work. Kodi and crew came in and removed like 7 or 8 oaks that were not going to make it and 3 cedars and a pine that were already dead. Treated several oaks he though we could save. They were in and out in 2 or 3 hours and COMPLETELY cleaned up. Great price for the work they did. WILL hire again.

The project went quite well and quickly. Mr. Gosiak is very knowledgeable not only about tree removal but about trees and the various diseases that afflict them. He was able to point out an additional problem with our trees. They were able to get started the same day I met with Mr. Gosiak and finished the job the next day. One thing I greatly appreciated was the clean-up they did after the job. They raked the area where the trees had been and cleaned up the drive way. All in all, I was very pleased.

Jodi came the first day to inspect the project. He was extremely professional and knowledgable! They set the appointment up for the next morning. They showed up early and got right to work. They finished quickly and had me inspect before they put everything away. My trees have never looked so good!!
