+ -1 moreI never used them because she would never ask if they came out to NW Oklahoma City. I have never had such a person be so rude that was in business. A friend referred them to me that is why I called them.
Description of Work: I called three times and the lady that answered said she would ask if they come out my way. Which is the Northwest side of Oklahoma City. She said she would call me back all three times and never did. I ask her the third time I called if she wanted me to not call any more. She said I will ask in a very rude tone and call you back and she never did.

+ -1 moreThey came out and did the estimate. They asked us to come in and pick up as we had a new type of glass and he wanted us to come and make sure before they made it because it was custom made for the window. So we went and picked it up and they did a very good job.

+ -1 moreLike I said, I have used this company before, and invested quite a bit of money in them. The last time they were out, I showed them the window above my dining area that needed to be replaced. He measured it and told me he would give me an estimate in the next few days. 2 weeks went by and I called to check on it. The woman told me she would get back to me, but she never did. Over the next TWO MONTHS I called 3-4 times and got the same runaround. No one ever called me back. If you can't do a job, or don't want to, at least have the courtesy to tell the customer you are unable to do the job so they can find someone else. Based on their awful responsiveness and customer service, I will never use this company again, and will never recommend them to anyone. Just plain rude.
Description of Work: In the past I have had a shower door installed, a window above my front door replaced, a window in my master bedroom replaced,and new vinyl beading in the back of the house. In this particular instance, I was going to have a window above my dining area replaced, due to the seal being broken and moisture coming in.

+ 0 moreThey were very polite and professional from the start. They came out, measured, and within a few days I had an estimate and was able to get my glass and vinyl ordered. When it arrived they promptly scheduled me for the next week. He arrived right on time, even a few minutes early. He did a great job, and the price was shockingly affordable. I will definitely be using them for all of my glass needs.

+ -1 moreI was pleased with the professional manor they conducted business from start to finish and would use them again.
Description of Work: The person I hired to mow the lawn, wasn't careful with what he was doing and the mower threw a rock through the window. I called three glass people and Glass Solutions was the lowest, and gave me a written estimate which the others did not. It was also the lowest estimate. They told me how long it would take for the glass order to come in since it was a two pain window with decorative grids between the glass. We scheduled an appointment to have it installed. The installer arrived exactly on time, completed the job in a timely fashion. He showed me the rock which he told me was keeping my window from locking correctly. He was very personable and gave me a receipt with the check number I gave him and paid in full noted on the receipt. I was very pleased.
