Giant did a great job! Blake was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We did the work in stages as the budget allowed, and I ended up with a beautiful, cohesive, easy maintenance yard.

The price was very reasonable. I have never hired someone from an online source so I was a bit worried. But Giant Landscaping was GREAT. I have referred them to all of my friends.

Blake and the crew at Giant did a fantastic job on our patio. Starting with Blakes suggestions after we told him what we wanted, to do the job better and cheaper than hat we had envisioned, he came back with a great overall plan for the yard and made it clear we could do any part or all at once, which was a big help. We chose to do a few parts now and save up for the more advanced options later and they did the job promptly and when part of the patio didn't turn out exactly as I had envisioned, Blake was happy and quick to come up with a few options and now the patio is EXACTLY what I was looking for and we have a long term overall plan for the area that we can come back to as money becomes available. I will forever call Giant for all my landscape and outdoor needs.

They were very knowledgeable about each project and they were always professional, respectful, and courteous. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. I believe prices are very fair for the work that was done and honestly I'd be ok paying a little more because the quality of work is so high. We will definitely use them again and we absolutely recommend them

The design was FANTASTIC and the crew that did the work was extremely professional. We are absolutely delighted with the way the project was managed and the results . . . flower beds, walkways, dry creek bed, appropriate plantings, repair of sprinkler system.

Blake was very professional. Knowing we would need to do the landscaping a little at a time, he advised the order of the steps we should take. The plans Blake presented pretty much incorporated everything on our wish list.

We ran into other issues with our home, so landscaping is still on hold.

Blake is a very good person to work with. Very experienced, good communication, patient and easy to work with. We walked through what we had in mind, a retaining wall on the downhill side of the property, a drain from the uphill side of the house where water pooled and a lawn irrigation system throughout the property. He understood what we wanted and added his recommendations. After a few days he came back with a price that was about what we expected and asked him to do the job. The job was done well and we are happy with the result. There were some hiccups and if we had been able to check regularly we may have caught it in time to get it the way we wanted, e.g. irrigation box locations, drain locations. Plus the cable feed was cut in several locations despite being marked. So keeping an eye on the work as its done would be good if you can.

After having a geothermal HVAC system installed at the house, the front yard (where the wells were drilled) was covered in red clay. In addition, we had some drainage issues on the side yard due to an elevation change from neighboring houses. Blake visited the property and we discussed various options to remedy the situation. Ultimately, we both agreed that it would be best to remove the top layer of soil, regrade the lawn and then bring in quality soil and new sod. A new drainage system with three surface grids was added along the side of the house to convey excess rainwater to a popup train at the street curb. The crew did a great job and the new sod has begun to take root. They left a defined area for new plantings along the front of the house --- we will likely landscape this area in the Spring. I also noticed that some of the crew stopped by the house to water in the sod while I was traveling out of town on business. Nice work !

Excellent experience in every area! I changed my mind 3 times on the work I wanted done and Blake patiently took his time to give 3 different estimates before I even hired him. He is the utmost professional and knows his business inside and out. I have a large backyard and all grass had died out. It was a sea of dirt only. He and his crews installed a brand new backyard of zoysia sod. It is gorgeous. They prepped with leveling and topsoil, etc. Additional work included: fixing broken sprinkler pipes/wiring, tearing out/landscaping 3 bed areas, planted a new tree, removed old stumps, etc. The crew was tidy and conscientious every step. Blake came by again after completion to re-check all of the work, set the watering schedule for the new sod, and adjust any watering angles needed. Blake was prompt, courteous, professional, did exactly what he said he would do and for a very fair price. Excellent to work with!

I am a senior citizen and this was the first landscaping that I have ever contracted. Our old 1990s wooden deck and retaining walls were eroded, deteriorated and a complete eyesore and I was naturally nervous that my money would be well spent in landscaping rather than re-decking. With the project complete, my wife and I are ecstatic. Blake developed a vision for our yard that we loved, and has brought it to fruition before our eyes. We couldn't be happier with his services, and he is a genuine pleasure to deal with on top of everything. I have seen Blake (without his knowing I was watching) ask his foreman to reconstruct an area that evidently didn't meet his standards, and perform another levelling task, that I would not have insisted on as the homeowner. Blake is a perfectionist and will not allow less than his best effort to be presented. I would have to believe that a customer must have had a hidden agenda if they rated this landscape contractor less than straight A. From what we have seen there is no reason not to be completely happy with his work. I could go on and on but hope this is enough to convince prospective customers to give Giant Landscape a call.

Blake and his crews are extremely easy to work with. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up after themselves. When possible they transplanted many of our existing plants to help reduce the cost. Highly recommend.

Blake provided an excellent consultation and is extremely easy to work with. Due to the volume of business that they now have and the timing of the plantings that we want to install, we will not use their services until August. Everything has gone well so far!

Blake came out 3 times working with me to get the details worked out. He had great suggestions and gave me addresses to see his work. The finished product looks great. I've had numerous friends comment on what a great job! I am using him for another project!

I never dreamed my yard could be so beautiful! I now have a level walkway from my existing front sidewalk all the way around to the back where it is terraced with raised flower beds and one step down to a large grand piano shaped patio, another step down from the patio is another smaller patio area about 5x10 which acts as a step on down to river rock along the back fence. On the last side of the house they terraced and filled in with river rock covering foundation leveling piers that were exposed. Everything is done with retaining walls and finished with pavers, no concrete. They moved and replanted shrubs, planted rose bushes and ground cover and mulched all flower beds. Blake (the owner) also turned an untrimmed 8 ft Photinia hedge into trees. When the backyard was finished they installed a new cedar privacy fence on the side and replaced the front gate and fence. This is a patio home so privacy is important. The crew that did my work was prompt, hard working and very polite. Also they were respectful of my property and my neighbors property. Work started on 04/10 and completed on 04/24. They worked 6 days a week. This is truly a professional Design, Hardscape and Landscape company. I asked for NO MAINTENANCE and that is exactly what I got, I just water my flowers and enjoy my outdoor living space. Our contract agreement was payment as the work was done in segments, however I was never asked for payment until the day before the job was done. Words don't begin to describe the finished project, I am truly amazed and pleased.

2, Things went great, I was very impressed with his ideas. I have since talked with Blake twice on the telephone and made some additions to the original plans and he will be able to start work soon. I really liked the fact that I pay after each step of the job is completed. I feel that this deal was well worth the cost of $125 for his time and knowledge. I will let you know how things went with the actual work later.
