We had a great experience with this company. Dean was very thorough in explaining how the system worked and how it would be installed. The crew was very nice, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently. They explained basic maintenance items thoroughly. The water feels and tastes great. Everything went as advertised and promised. We're very pleased.

He was VERY knowledgeable about the updated information on the care and maintenance of the units. Very impressed how he shared and gave practical application for me to be able to foresee and avoid any future complications and to get the most out of my units. He did call to advise due to vehicle problems he would be late for appt. He got right to work and did a wide range of tests on the units to be sure they were running up to specs. Troubleshooted the salt residue in the salt holding tank, advised that at the bottom of the tank that the 1st 4-5" can solidify and to let the salt go down and then break up the block to get better performance from the filter units. He did that for me. (Glad he did this, because too hard for me to lift stuff.) Under the sink, he advised me that the unit we originally bought back 2014 was being discontinued and offered deal to extend the performance of the unit to about 7yrs and then we could make a decision about a new one. (Involved replacing one filter {not been done since I bought the unit} that would last 7yrs and buy extra 2 sets of the outside filters to replace every two years. Sounded good as did not have funds for the new units they were going to offer. He got the unit under the sink done and said need to wait and see if leaks and so he went down to the larger unit in the basement to finish on it. Well long story short, that man stayed over hour trying everything in the world to get that unit under the sink from linking (that is why they were discontinuing that unit) but he finally said: I have tried everything and it was working before I got here and I will give you a new unit so I will not leave you with no unit working. So we just about traded straight across for what it would have cost me to buy all the filters and reg maintenance to get the newer updated unit that will be around for sometime to come. My thanks for that young man's courtesy, effort, and time to 'make things right"

This service was provided by Zac and Jared. They arrived at the time previously set. They were very polite and professional in explaining their service of my system. They gave my system excellent attention and explained very well what they found concerning the condition of my system and the service of it. They were very respectful of my property as they worked in and around it. I was 100% satisfied with both technicians and their quality of work. I have been a customer of General Ionics for approximately 30 years and would recommend them as an excellent service provider with very trust worthy and professional technicians.

Moved into a new house that is on well water. Didn't know the area had horrible well water. Called several companies to test the water. General Ionics seemed to be the most knowledgable and concerned. They had to special order a system for our water because it was so corrosive. Once the system came in, it took less than 4 hours to install the whole house filtration system and two reverse osmosis systems for drinking water. They were able to get remove all solids and hardness from the water. Whenever I call with questions they get back to you immediately and they are very attentive to your concerns. They have been amazing to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

Issue was addressed and some changes were made. We we're told to test for 2 weeks and see if problem was resolved. If not they would return.

On July fifth, filters, parts (including a faucet) and a leaky water tank (reverse osmosis system) were replaced and Zach, the employee who serviced our systems that day, provided excellent customer service and invested extra time and energy to assure quality work. Zach was pleasant, efficient, and neat; his tool kit was well-organized, and he certainly knows his trade.

General Ionics provided the best service and installation that I could have asked for in a service company. The sales process clearly explained what the system could and could not do and how the water softener system would be installed in our home. Due to a less than ideal, plumbing situation, General Ionics found a great solution for our installation and it works perfectly for our needs. The General Ionics team did a great job fully explaining the system and how to operate it in the future. Actually, you need to do very little other than add salt. The company followed up with us a couple weeks after our installation and I expressed a few questions regarding salt consumption. They immediately sent out a technician and ensure the system was operating correctly. This is what you expect from a top-notch company! We love the new water, in the home, and expect everything to last so much longer. We give General Ionics an A+ rating.

I have had my water softner over 25 years and noticed a leak. I called to schedule an appointment for repair. I was called back the same day that I called and was scheduled for the repair the next day. The Tech called and was very polite to see if it was possible to arrive ahead of the scheduled time. I received very prompt repair service. After 25 years the orings and seals needed replacement. It was close to the time of my annual service so he went ahead and did the hygene filter and also changed the filters at the drinking water. This saved me another service call that would have been in the near future. The Tech was very professional and cleaned and picked up everything from the repair. This has been a very honest company. When I purchased my water softner in 1991, I was told that they would move it one time at no cost and they did when we built a new home in 2006. I highly recommend this company.

The job was done professionally. The service tech was on time, friendly and very helpful. We were pleased with the work. We have had our system for many years and general ionic has taken excellent care of the system.

I couldn't have asked for a more professional and friendly crew. The guys arrived early and were thorough and conscientious. They knew what needed to be done and went about it in a timely manner. What I thought would take them at least 5 hours was completed in less the 3 hours. They cleaned up any debris and hauled of all the boxes. I really do wished I had gotten this done 10 years ago when I first talked with the owner of this company. Highly recommend anyone thinking of any kind of water treatment to go with this system and General Ionics of Oklahoma. I love, love the taste and feel of my new clean water!

Installation was quick and clean. Workers were courteous and friendly. They explained how to use and take care of the system. They were in and out in a few hours. It was a great experience!

My wife thinks it's the best Christmas present ever. From initial sales through completion of installation, all people involved have been very professional, knowledgeable, & pleasant to work with.

We have had our puronics system for ohhh about 8 months now and we couldn't be happier. The best is the silky feeling it leaves you with when your in the shower or bath. Plus, we don't really have to use any lotion for dry skin as the system has eliminated the need for this. The taste is incredible too and it's easy on the pipes (we have hard well water in Shawnee). The cost was reasonable and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommend and a big Bravo Zulu.

We have had our water softener for 23 years, and we absolutely love it. We have never had an issue with it, and the water from the osmosis thing tastes better than bottled. Only upkeep is changing filters yearly, and the company comes and does that. Skin is softer, hair combs easier, clothes cleaner

We have a water softener and filter system. It makes soft water, but the system is overpriced and maintenance is expensive. It does have a lifetime warranty, but only if you keep up the maintenance.

Dean was a real pleasure to work with. Extremely nice and knowledgable. He answered any questions I had and I never felt pressured to buy. I have had the system for a couple of months now and I am so happy. I just wished I had it installed sooner!
