Mr. Geaux was very pleasant and was forthcoming explaining the process of inspecting my mobile home and the many areas that are covered in his assessment. He took over 4 hours to complete the categories on his report format. Within 2 days he forwarded his report to my email and I was able to address some concerns he had with the company I was buying my home from. His report fee was very reasonable and stated if I have any further concerns that he would be available to help me understand what type of remedies could be considered. Thank you for your professionalism and pleasant experience.

There can not be enough words to describe how professional James Baumann was. From the initial phone call to talking with him in person he really broke everything down in a very easy to understand terminology. He was extremely considerate of our family being in the home and of our personal belongs if he had to go into any rooms. He is a personable, honest and considerate person. The time frame, within 24 hours after the inspection, that he gave for us to receive the home inspection results was met and also vastly faster than I was expecting even the quoted time frame to be. It was a wonderful, not stressful, and above and beyond professionalism experience.
