Freeman's Landscaping

He was on time and was extremely helpful. Completely worth the price and I can't wait to use Freeman's to get these beds in come Spring.

We bought a deal from Angie's List for $1299 and extended the scope of work by another $700. Mike was more than fair with his quote for the additional work. Because his crew completed the work in less time than originally quoted, the price was adjusted to reflect the reduced time. We are remodeling an older home and had neglected the landscaping. Everything was overgrown and nasty. It would have taken weeks for us to clean it on our own. Freeman's Landscaping came in and had everything looking great in a day and a half. Mike's crew is very professional and hardworking. Mike had great suggestions for future flowerbeds and plantings for our yard. We will definitely be giving him a call in the spring to make plans for new flowerbeds. I would highly recommend Freeman's Landscaping to anyone needing landscaping work.

He talked about what plants he would put where but he didn't seem to have a whole lot of imagination. He didn't incorporate plans that I had or the ideas for what I wanted. It seems that it was kind of a waste of his time. It was estimated at $21,000, but I didn't choose to use him for the work I needed done.

Mike and his crew were very busy and it was a challenge finding a day that would match both our schedules, but we eventually worked things out. They arrived on time and did a thorough job determining exactly where I wanted the trees planted and the drains run. Mike made sure to plant the trees to accommodate a planter ring per my request. They did a really nice job. The French drains were a bit more problematic. The clay soil did not lay down very well after the drain lines were dropped into the trenches and one of the drain tie-ins to the downspout did not look as clean as I would have liked. Mike's crew did move and spread all the excess dirt from the project to an area on the side of the house that had some drainage issues which solved two problems at once. Overall I thought they did a good job and I would use Freeman's Landscaping again in the future.

Excellent!! Loved Mike's work. He was punctual and very informative. Kept us updated as his work was progressing so we were aware of each detail. Such a great job!!! We are so so happy with his work.

It worked out well. The bid was much higher than the few other bids that we received so we worked with a different company. He was fine. He just didn't have a lot of references. He was not very experienced. It was really the price and the lack of experience. He was punctual and on time.

We discussed a few ideas about landscaping and shrubs, but I think they're too expensive for me. I was hoping to get a written or drawn plan for my landscaping, but it ended up just being a discussion.

He was okay. They haven’t done any work yet. It didn’t cost me more than I paid Angie’s List for it. He understood what I wanted and were pretty clear about what I needed to get the job done. The evaluation was a good price. It was a pretty big project and I’m looking at refilling the entire backyard. For $25, it was worth it to get an idea of what needed to be done in my backyard. It took a while for him to get back to me with the estimate. I was starting to wonder and almost send him an email to remind him.

He did not do anything, when I got his proposal it was way too high.

After years of frustration with severe water drainage problems it was time for professional help. Mike met with us several times to discuss the problems we were having and offered excellent solutions. Both Mike and his crew were punctual, very friendly, communicated well throughout the process and were just superb to work with. I was most impressed with Mike's handling of those unforeseen challenges encountered - most of which involved repairing previous shoddy work by the cable or sprinkler system folks. His willingness to repair or even replace correctly others' boo-boos while staying within our budget was a refreshing change! All work was completed as promised, on-time and as agreed. Because everything went so smoothly, we will definitely be working with Mike again on future projects. This was our first time using Angie's List and we are completely satisfied with the results, and I am more than happy to refer Freeman Landscaping to anyone wanting the job done right the first time!

I called multiple times and could not get a responce. I finalyy used another landscaping company to do the job at a lesser price for the job.

Mike Freeman has followed up via phone after mailing estimate to make sure we had received it. Mr Freeman's estimate seems reasonable. We will contact Mr Freeman to advise him of our decision.

Mike Freeman was personally involved in the entire project. He and his team were professional, courteous and prompt. I simply can't say enough good things about this company. The crew was the best that I've ever worked with. Definitely recommend Freeman's Landscaping for any size job.

Freeman's landscaping along with representatives Angie's List were very professional & courteous. Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts, we had to cancel the order.

I wasnt able to get the services completed because of the timing with scheduling. It was going to be a week before he could come out for consultation and then about 3-4 additional weeks before services could actually be performed. He was a nice gentleman and very professional. He gave me a quick response. I would suggest maybe including estimated time frames for completion of services in the deals information.

I contacted this provider twice. They never responded.

I initially met Mike to have some flagstone work installed. While we are still considering the work, we went ahead and hired him and his team to manage and take care of all our lawn services. He has been super easy to contact and very fast to respond to all my questions. Our yard is new, but it is really starting to come around.

They finished the job in one day. Price was very reasonable in my opinion. I would have them do all my landscaping work for sure.Highly recommend !! A+

Mike Freeman did a great job! I love their work and speed. Always clean up after work is done. I can't complain. He does a few of my neighbors and does an excellent job as well!!!

Prompt. Good communication about when they would come. Fairly neat, left the area well tidied. I thought there could've been more rocks. The berm ultimately made the drainage problem worse. They were courteous

We had a problem area in our backyard where the burmuda grass would not grow due to shading by our privacy fence. The area became very muddy when it rained. We had Freeman Landscaping design and construct an extension to an existing flower bed on that side of the yard. The job consisted of removing an existing rock bed, and installing an approximate 30 ft. extension to a raised bed flower bed. The extension required matching of retaining wall blocks which proved to be somewhat of a challenge, but Mike Freeman worked with us to find the best match possible. The bed was completed with top soil, nandinas, crepe myrtles and mulch. We were very pleased with the whole process as it was done with professionalism, promptness and courtesy. We would definitely use them again.

Michael was very personable, knowledgeable and professional and seemed to truly want to make me happy! He was able to come sooner than he thought at first, so that was a big plus. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I don't have any dislikes. They always come. We have dogs in the backyard so we keep our gate locked so they do have to notify us and they give us notice when they're coming so we can get our dogs put up. We also have our sprinkler system and he's able to do maintenance on that if we need any. He is very punctual and gets things done. His price is competitive.

Mike did a great job. Very responsive and professional. Provided me a detailed fair estimate in a timely manner. Used quality materials and didn't cut any corners. Allowed him to come up with his own design for the reworked front beds and he did an excellent job coming up with a design that added great curb appeal. Being able to make quality fence repairs as well was certainly a plus.
