Fantastic, the company explained that my concerns were not a big deal at all. Gave me a cost-free solution. And didn't even charge me for their time. A fantastic and vital countertop provider in Edmond Oklahoma.

First, they could never show up until lunch time and then leave by 4:30, therefore making the job take twice as long, that and the smoke breaks every hour. Second, I showed them the picture of the cabinets and hood I wanted built, yet they couldn't seem to figure it out, like amateurs. They chipped the granite in several places and when I asked them to repair it, they did something and now it looks worse. The cabinet shelves all leaned and the doors and drawers all crooked. I wanted all wood cabinets and they tried to pass off particle board! The tile is all uneven, because they don't prep the floors. The mess they made in the house is unreal, I guess laying something down to protect your brand new tile is not something they have heard of. And while using their saws in the garage cutting the trim, they put several gashes in the brand new roll up door, and when I asked them to repair it, the owner Cary Small, said my 5 year old child must have done it! As if my small child would be playing in the garage around tools and equipment, such an insult to us as parents. As a successful business owner myself, I know the importance of being careful around people's homes, as we operate a skid steer around million dollar homes, although I believe it really comes down to being respectful. Then I had paid for the wood floor materials so he decided to steal our money and run away leaving the crap work, cigarette butts all over the property and spit their dip in the floor. Who does that to innocent young families building their first custom home??!! His answer to me was that he's not an easy target, which I didn't know what that meant at first, but now I know it means that he isn't licensed, bonded, or a part of any association. I have many pictures of all the horrible things he and his crew did in our home, now we are left to clean up their mess and pay more out of pocket to have repairs done. Fossil likes to do business with older folks I have noticed, maybe because he is able to get away with doing crap work or maybe because he can't work for builders because they wouldn't give him repeat business. If I can save someone from having to go through this nightmare then I have done my job here. Please stay away from this horrible company, and keep your parents and grandparents further from Fossil Stone Granite and Flooring in Edmond, Oklahoma, owned by Cary Small, a native Oklahoman who states he runs his company with integrity, which couldn't be further from the truth.
