If I could give Damon and A+, I would. He came out promptly, ordered the required components and installed everything perfectly. He responded to all questions, including making a another trip out when we managed to mess up the system's volume!!! When a fancy remote was accidently broken, he could have charged us a lot more to replace it, but he didn't. Damon is honest, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Damon and his team are wonderful if you need any audio visual installed Flat Panel Tech should be number one on your list to call for installation. You will not regret hiring them they are truly awesome and the work is very neat. They are extremely patient and work with you and your schedule. I will be using them for any future audio visual projects I have.

FANTASTIC! They were very professional and personable. Damon worked with my schedule and arrived on time. It took them only 1 1/2 hours to complete the job and it works great. Their pricing was far less than that of Best Buy. I would definitely recommend Flat Panel Technologies and will use them again in the future for my home theater needs. These guys are great, they were in my home for about an hour and finished a job another company was wanting to charge me another 4 hours of labor to complete. They are very professional, courteous and friendly. I have another project I plan on using them for. I wish I had found them sooner.

I was very pleased with the installation and the owner called the next day to make sure everything was working. I would use again and recommend this company to anyone needing this service.

Two men showed up on schedule and did a professional job of mounting the two TVs. Damon and his helper were friendly, worked well together, and cleaned up after themselves. I had a problem with 2 of the 3 cables that were installed inside the wall. I notified Damon and he came back within a couple of days and fixed the problem. Problem was with the cables, not the installation. I am satisfied with the work and recommend the company.

Damon and his co-worker did a fantastic job. Very knowledgeable and offered helpful advice in placing the tv on the wall for best viewing. They also installed a shelf I provided for the cable box. They insisted that I was completely happy and I was. They even took the huge box the tv came in with them to discard! Left everything very neat. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again.

Damon came for an initial assessment after I sent him pictures over the phone. He was very courteous and polite, yet laid back and personable. He came out in 3 separate trips and was punctual/responsive each time. He came out first to install the false wall with access panel. He then came back to mud, float it out. On the final trip, he hooked up bracketing and installed all equipment, hid wires. He left me with a very professional living room A/V set up, and all I had to do was a bit of paint touch up and polishing/cleaning when he was done. His price was EXTREMELY fair, and I can say that I will be recommending him to all my friends and my family who are working on moving down to OKC. Also, I promised him he will be getting a phone call when I am ready to install outside speakers. As anal and thorough as I am, I can confidently say I will not be needing to get other quotes for that job....going straight to Damon. Damon, you are a one-in-a-million service provider and I am thankful for your expert worksmanship and business ethic. Call you soon!!

Two installers arrived, had all equipment neccesary to mount the TV and more. Very friendly and knowledgable. They did a great job and remounted the TV multiple times because it wasn't perfect without me saying anything to them, they made sure everything was perfect.

I contacted Damon for an installation appointment on 12/14. He was able to schedule the installation for the following week on 12/20. Damon and Chris arrived on time and after a brief discussion about how I wanted things installed, they assured me that everything could be done as I requested. The installation took approximately 3hrs and was done just as I requested. Damon and Chris conducted themselves professionally and I was very comfortable having them in my home. I would highly recommend Flat Panel Installation if you want a professional installation.

My husband asked them alot of questions and they answered knowledgeably, from their years of experience, while leaving the decision to my husband. Very nice customer service. He answered my initial phone call promptly; it was even possible to have him do the install within a few days from that initial contact, even though it was right before Christmas!! We would definitely recommend them.

Very good experience. He moved up our appointment date to coincide with Cox cable installer so we could ensure everything coordinated with TV mount and installing cable outlet (running cable from attic down to the wall). Very satisfied with the work and much cleaner look than if I had tried to install myself.

When I first called he said he wasn't available for two days and we made an appointment for that date. He arrived a few minutes early. Analysed the situation and fixed it. It all went smoothly and quickly.

It was a very good experience. He solved all of the problems on the service visit and then invited my parents to call him anytime with questions, which they have done a few times and he is always courteous and helpful in walking them through the intracacies of AT&T U-Verse. This is a company you can count on to deliver quality service.

This experience was great. Damon answered the first time that I called and set an appointment to look at our situation. He showed up on time, gave us a fair estimate, and scheduled us for installation a couple of days later. The day of the job, he showed exactly on time, put our TV exactly where we wanted it to go and hid the wires so no one could see them. Damon was very fairly priced and we highly recommend him.

Damon was very quick and efficient. He even hauled off the empty boxes!
