Description of Work: Horrible property management. Did not honor their word Or contract. I would recommend you never use this company. I had to deal with multiple people and the right hand never knew what the left hand was doing. I requested they renew my tenants contract and it was never done. They let the tenants move out without giving a notice and expected it to all fall on my lap, "wasn't their problem". Nothing was their fault and everyone at the company (less the man that did inspections) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Talk about biting the had that fed you! If you own a property I would recommend using anyone else. Express might be a few extra dollars less, but you will pay for it in the poor management of your property and the lack of professionalism from the top down!

Description of Work: Express Realty handled property management for me and was by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are not only horrible at property management, they are extremely unprofessional. There were repeated problems of this company getting tenants for my very nice homes. Emails to them were regularly ignored. I would never recommend anyone using this company for property management. They were good at accepting the check from existing tenants I had placed but they had a very hard time getting tenants on their own which I was essentially paying them to do. There are enough property managers out there who know what they are doing enough not to settle for this horrible company.
