Our family has used Rick for many years and we have found him to be honest and trustworthy. Rick is not the cheapest when he does the work but you can trust it will be done right. Rick is a "one man shop" even though he has a helper it is him and he gets booked up most of the times. We have used Rick for new work and repairs and they were all done right. He is scheduled to replace our water softener in a few weeks and we know it will be a job done right at a fair price. The only time we don't use him is in an emergency and he is booked up and can't get to us in a timely fashion. Don't hesitate to use him for any plumbing needs.

Rick and his assistant Mike arrived exactly on time. They cleaned the AC unit thoroughly and efficiently. They are always friendly and very personable. Rick has helped us many times in the past when we have had heating and air emergencies during the past 28 years. I can recommend him very highly.

We have used Elder previously and they are always polite and on time and do an outstanding job. We have never had to call them back on any job. Rick provided a new water softener system and installed it in out garage. When he was finished he cleaned up well enough that you cloud to tell there had been any work done. Prior to leaving he provided the paperwork for the unit and have me a tutorial on how to use it. They provided the first 4 bags of salt and everything was up and running when they left.

Rick has done lots of work for us the past few years, including the installation of the above systems and trouble-shooting other problems discovered during the remodel of our '70's house. He is always professional, clean, friendly, on-time, and does great work!

Rick is fair and very experienced. He does a great job and has for years. He is as honest as they come. I can't think of any contractor I could recommend more highly. That said, the word is out - plan on waiting unless there is an emergency. I'ts just he and his dad. They are worth the wait.

As stated above, Rick is very personable, and really does a lot ! Any A/C needs, heater, plumbing, sewer needs, he can do it and I thoroughly trust him. Very clean and prompt, just wish he answered 24/7. I highly recommend him and he has done work for other members of the family.

Best plumber we have ever had.

Very reasonable in price. He schedule to the minute and sometimes even comes early. It's good. He's real friendly. He knows his work, he explains it all to you and he is very knowledgable.

Furnace went out in middle of night and we did not notice until we awoke on Monday morning to a 50-some degree F house. A phone call to their office was instantly transfered to owner's cell phone and a crew of two people arrived before 8 AM to make the diagnosis and repaired a thermo-coupler and a controller in the attic (which was about 20 degrees F). They were out of the house and the furnace was in working order by 8:30 AM.
