If you are dealing with the owner Ronald you stand a good chance of getting what you need, But if it is one of the employees Your chances of getting what you ordered are slim to none. I went in to order belt guided for a riding mower, Ron the owner assisted me and we looked up the part and said he was not sure if he could order them, I asked him to find out if he could get the parts and how fast they could get them in, I told him I would pay what ever it cost to get them fast, He said he would let me know. I didnt hear anything for 24 hours so on my way though town I stopped by to see what they found out. The owner was not there so I asked another man behind the counter who was very confrontational and rude. I left very upset from dealing with a Jerk. Several days later I got a call from them saying my parts are in, I sent one of my guys to pick them up. The Parts are wrong. There response was. They are Special Order Parts and they are not responsible for getting the WRONG Parts. MY BAD for using them to get a part ordered. Second time they have FAILED to order correct parts.

Never again with this company. I took my small lawn mower in for service with this company in Mid June of this year (2012). Things started off fine. They charged me a $35.00 service deposit up front, to which I agreed. About a week later I got a call that the mower was ready. I picked the mower up, happy with the thought that I could do the trim on my lawn. It was a few days before I could get out and use the repaired mower. No sooner did I start the thing when it stalled out and began to leak gas. I called Edmond Lawn Equipment and told them what was happening. An extremely rude man told me to bring it in, but if it was something they missed I would be responsible for the charges. I got the mower back in for service the same day. Another extremely rude person in the shop mentioned something about checking/adjusting the float. I asked why they didn't replace the float. The guy went into a lot of detail about saving me money.....huh? I just spent $185.00 on repairs, so why would I object to replacing a $7.00 part? After a bit of argument I left the mower since I still needed a mower (duh). I didn't hear anything from them for about a week. On July 9th (sure of the date since it was my birthday and I was off work) I stopped by to see how the work was going. Good thing I did.....my repair invoice had been buried in a stack and nothing was done on my repair. The man in the store (again, a different individual) promised that the work would be done that day. I finally picked up the mower a couple of days later and tried it on the first available weekend. Guess what....it still does not run correctly. It will stall out and leak gasoline. Period. I have figured out on my own not to fill the tank too full and to be sure to only use the mower on a level service. Frankly, this place is a rip-off joint and that is putting it mildly. For the money I spent and the professionalism they showed (not) I could probably have gotten a new mower. They took my money and did not do a competent or professional job repairing my mower. I have a feeling that there is gender bias, and that they blatantly took advantage of me. Avoid at all costs.....I will bet $185.00 that I will be buying a new small mower in the spring. I'd love to have that money back.....live and learn.

They were easy to deal with. They came and picked up the lawn mover, it was not able to be repaired but they were nice out it.

He told me he didn't work on my type of mower but he was so nice and courteous. He even gave me some helpful advice on how to take care of my mower and even gave me a name of someone else who can fix it. I will definitely use him in the future if ever possible.
