Danielle was awesome to work with. She explained everything step by step, and walked us through the entire process. Although our property was an "oddball" of sorts, she was able to have our report back within a week. We highly recommend using Edmond Appraisal for all your real estate needs.

It would have been all 5s but the appraiser was unable to provide the appraisal on Friday as agreed but I received the appraisal on Monday morning. So it was only a minimal delay. The Appraiser came at the agreed upon time, and did a thorough job. I would use her again.
