SORRY, MY BROTHER WHO IS DECEASED DEALT WITH THIS COMPANY. i DON'T HAVE THE DETAILS . i JUST KNOW HE WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE PRICE.

I spent around $6000 on that service. I would tell other members that I would be sure to get everything in writing and a detailed list of what they plan to do. I would not use them again because they weren’t very responsive or punctual. I had to be on site and correct the work they were doing. I have also not been able to get in touch with them since they completed the work because I asked them to follow up on everything. They have not responded to phone calls. They were not on the list.

The salesman promised the world. All he ever showed us was his hand drawn "sketch". Although we asked for one, we never were able to receive any professionally drawn plan nor a detailed list of exactly what plants and shrubs they were going to install. Week's went by after giving them a deposit and we had to chase them down to find out what was going on and when it would begin. The salesman was to "personally" take down two trees to save us money. That never happened. Eventually they started, beginning with the curbing which cracked. Instead of cutting out the crack and replacing it with a new section of curbing, they patched it and it looks terrible. Other cracks have begun to appear. They did a terrible job of cleaning up the concrete debris left behind by the curbing machine as I had pieces of loose concrete all around the flower beds and front lawn. When they started putting down the mulch, we noticed they didn't first install a weed barrier. Was then told it wasn't necessary since the mulch would provide an appropriate weed barrier. They were to install mulch at a 2" depth in all flower beds, both front and back. Needless to say, the mulch didn't stop the weeds and was not 2" deep. I have more weeds now than I ever had. My wife's priority was lots of color, roses, and low maintenance and that was communicated to the salesman and everybody else involved countless times. What we got was a bunch of yellow day lillies, three rose bushes, and a few flowering border plants that have been overcome and strangled by the weeds. Most of what they planted has died. They then split some of our plants (hostas and salvia) and dispersed those amongst the new bed arrangements in order to make it look "fuller". They did the same thing with our existing boulders but eventually brought in one, maybe two new ones. Since the salesman never took "personal" care of taking down the trees, the company eventually did but never ground the stump's nor really took them down below grade. They indicated they don't do that. In fact, in one section of where they put down the new sod, they went right over one of the stumps they had left so I had sod sitting on top of a stump producing an obvious bump in the grass. That sod section never rooted and eventually died. Since they never truly removed/killed the tree stumps and roots, I now have what appears to be new trees growing around from where they old trees were. We had to chase them down to perform the lawn weed control and fertilization and was told countless times that it was too windy to perform that service. Then was told they had mechanical problems with the truck. Eventually it was provided but did not work as my lawn is full of weeds, worse than it ever was. We had to chase them down to get someone to evaluate the problems with the sprinkler system. Eventually someone came out, saw the problem, seemed unsure of how to deal with it and said they would prepare a quote on getting things repaired. Almost two months have gone by and I've still not heard back from them on this. We ended up spending a lot of money to end up with something that actually looks worse than it did.

How did it go? Well it really didn't go to far. I called them and they came out that next day and turned off the water and dug up the problem and told me it was a bad valve and they would order it. It was to come in that next Wed but the guy would be off and would come thurs to finish. Ok no problem I thought. Thurs. comes and goes nothing fixed Fri. comes and I go by to look to see if it was done and nothing has been touched. I call and talk to Billy the receptionists and she tells me should find out and call me right back. No one calls me back and I call Tues. she tells me that they are going to go get it done today. I check it out that evening and nothing was done and I can't get a hold of them. I end up playing phone tag with them for almost 2 weeks and keep getting promises and nothing delivered and even ask to have the manager call me and he never does and 2 days later I get a call from a guy named Frank if I could understand him right. He tell me he will have it done the that day. I go back by and still nothing is done. Are you kidding me! So I call the next morning and he tells me he has a crew there right now but they have the wrong part but he is personally going over there and it would be done by this evening and I explain to him I just want it done I never asked for a estimate or anything I just wanted the leak fixed. I go by at the end of the day one more time nothing has been touched at all and I call Frank he says he coming over right this minute and I ask him what is going on? He starts getting Irate with me and tells me I can get someone else to do the job if I'm not happy. So beware if you don't want to waste your time don't use these slow pokes!
