+ -1 moreThe website says "free estimates". I called for an estimate an left a voice mail. No return call. Then I left an email message on the website. No response. It has now been 2 weeks since my first call with no response whatsoever. Must be nice to have so much business you can just ignore a potential customer. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

+ -1 moreOn the scheduled day to apply fertilizer, they did not show. I called their office and was told they were and quot;just about to call me to tell me they had re-scheduled meand quot;. I had informed them that I wanted to be present when they performed the service so I had scheduled my time to be home that day. They could have had the courteously to call me and inform me of their decision to re-schedule. My time is also valuable. In the future I will use a company that appreciates their customers.

Description of Work: I contracted with Damon Johnson after being very dissatisfied with my previous service. Damon Johnson has been outstanding, they do both the weed, fertilizer and pest (outdoors) control for my yard. They provide the level of service I need, gates are locked they call ahead of time, and call when they can not make an appt due to weather etc. In short, a very professional, organized, fairly priced company, I would recommend them to anyone

+ -1 moreThey killed my fescue in my front yard! 1/2 fescue 1/2 bermuda. I do think it was an accident but they woudln't take ownership of the mistake. They said that every lawn is like a persons body, different anatomy. Didn't offer to refund or make things right. :( Had to regrow the lawn.
Description of Work: I was on a 6x a year treatment for weeds.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job on our yard. We have them come several times through out the spring, summer and fall to treat our lawn and it has never looked better. I definitely would recommend these service providers.
Description of Work: They applied the chemicals to fertilize our about 1/2 acre yard and also spray for crab grass and insects.
