+ -1 moreIt has been a nightmare experience. I wish we would of never hired Jim, it was a huge costly mistake. It caused so much stress and wasted our whole summer.

+ -1 moreJim did an outstanding job for me on a custom pool, it turned out exactly like what I wanted. He built a pool with 3 waterfalls and several additional features. He's very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, friendly, and has great suggestions. He's very accessible, even off hours., and he was great with any repairs we needed later on as well.
