Inspected and discovered what was wrong with my old laptop. Searched for new video card but unable to find one as old laptop was so outdated. I bought a computer, took it to them and Wayne knowing my usage said what I had bought did not have video card. I am not very computer literate as well over 65. He was so kind as to find me a laptop at Amazon which I purchased. It arrived at Computer Zone 2 days later. They set it up with all my gaming choices! It was within my price range and I love it. Originally I thought I would need to take the computer in, which was fine, but Wayne called me and said he had a tech that had become available and would come by ( this was very great and I appreciated him following up in that way!) Matt came promptly and worked several hours addressing multiple issues. He was very professional and stayed until he had removed many viruses from my machine - he also made sure that my wireless printer was working on all my devices. He gave me some helpful tips about IT issues. Very pleased with the service!

They are amazing. I have been using them for years. They have reasonable prices. I could have any problem with my computer, like spilling coffee or my dog chewing on it, and they still managed to make it work. They are very ethical about what they can do also.

This is a repeat trip to Computer Zone. Although I am competent in software applications, many of the hardware elements are sort of a mystery to me. Computer Zone performs a complete and speedy analysis and corrects the condition. If extra expense is anticipated, they contact the customer and ensure he/she understands the problem and approves the expense. Computer Zone is growing, and it's easy to see why.

I originally took my laptop in for a hardware problem and while it was there the mother board died (older computer). I opted to not have that repaired. Even though they had ordered parts and had put time into the computer, they did not charge me anything for their service. There were some miscommunication problems between my my husband, myself and the vendor, but those were our fault. These are very nice people who do excellent work.

At first, I dropped the computer off with Computer Zone, went through it and they told me it was fixed. I brought it back to my house, did install again, worked with me and made sure it was working at that time. Two days later, the computer started freezing up again, doing exactly the same thing it was doing before so I called them back again, the same tech came out again. He was very pleasant. He worked with it for an hour or so and felt like he had the problem fixed. I sat with him and it appeared to be working, about half an hour after he left it stopped working again so he did not fix the problem. I hadn't been able to get in touch with them and in the meantime didn't to get to them again because they already charged me $400. They weren't going to give me any kind of a break, as far as they're concerned they came out and did the job. The man did come out two times but if it didn't work you shouldn't be charging people. I wound up getting back to Apple.

It went flawlessly! I was very impressed by their professionalism and competence, from start to finish. The price they charged was very reasonable, considering that they not only diagnosed the problem and fixed it, but also took the time to completely reinstall Windows for me and make sure that everything was working 100%. I highly recommend Computer Zone based on this experience.

It went really well as they had to coordinate with several vendors, some of which were not their normal vendors. I was really patient with the process, because some of the vendors were less than cooperative. As for Computer Zone - they were great.

They were very pleasant, but did nothing to solve my problem.

They returned my call right away and they were super cheap. They had my computer done right away because I needed it for work which I found to be very professional of them.

Excellent. The technician (Matt) was professional and was able to quickly set up the network and fix a couple of other problems, as well. Further, the cost was significantly less than the chains. Overall is was an excellent experience.

Computer Zone was great. I took my PC in on a Saturday and they had it ready first thing Monday morning. Their prices were very fair, and my computer is working smoothly now. I'd be happy to hire them again.
