The experience went very well and I was really very impressed. They were very hard workers and did everything that needed to be done. They were also able to diagnose the exact problem and took care of it. They were on time, very professional and did the work very well. They were by far the best plumber that I have used so far and would use them again if needed.

Collin has been great to work with. After both jobs he called to follow up to make sure everything was ok. In the case of the french drains he came back out at no charge to review what other options I have to address my problem. He even made a referral of someone that can help with the 'new job'.

I recently took out (demolished) an old bathroom addition that had been poorly built some years ago. The majority of the work was easy, but dirty, and was just a matter of taking up old tile, removing the toilet, sink and vanity and taking apart the shower and pan. Once I had everything removed down to the floor joists, I could see how poor the original plumbing job had been. The shower pan had leaked and rotted quite a bit of wood. I had the pleasure of using Colin and Cherokee Plumbing to fix a small leak a few years ago and decided to call him up again to help me with the numerous drain and fresh-water supply line issues I had encountered after I saw his name again on Angie's List. Colin was quick to respond to my initial phone call (same day) and dropped by my home to take a look at the issue (around 4pm-same day) to evaluate the job himself. He DID NOT charge me at all for the 1st visit and explained what needed to be done and how long the job would take and how much it would cost. He explained he would try to get back to my house the next day and it would be him or another of his employees doing the job. Colin called me around 9 am the next day and said he would be at my home around 10 am. He was on time and went straight to work tearing out the old pipes and damaged fixtures. Colin cleaned up everything before he departed and left NO trash or debris around my home. He was very professional from start to finish. He estimated around $500 dollars for the entire job and 4 hours labor (included in the $500). The job came in at under $500 ($482) and only took 3 and a half hours time. I would suggest to anyone with a small or large plumbing problem or issue to call Colin and Cherokee Plumbing.

I called Colin and asked about running a water line for the purpose of installing a water softener. At my request, Colin stopped by the day before the appointment to look over the job for any potential problems. He showed up the next morning with 2 employees and they did the job in a timely manner, everything went well.

I was surprised out how prompt and efficient they were. They helped me diagnose a problem and gave me various alternatives to fix it without charging me an arm and a leg. In addition they said I could call them or e-mail them with any further questions I had. I was very impressed with their service, knowledge, and expertise. I will call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cherokee Plumbing was able to come out the same day that I called them because this was the kind of job that needs to be done right away. I had no problems with the company. They did a good job and put my yard back together when they finished the work.
