 + -1 moreI am always happy with the work done. Bathrooms are clean, kitchen is clean, floors look great. I have pets and there is a lot of pet hair on the floor and the girls do a great job getting it up.
Description of Work: I have used Chalet's services for approx. a year or so. They come every other week to clean my 2200 sq ft home. I am very happy with the service. If there is a problem, you call the office and it gets taken care of. It is so nice having a clean home. Chalet is very reasonable with their rates.

 + -1 moreIt did not get done due to problems above. They seem to be very intermittent with quality, sometimes good sometimes not. On one previous occasion after the cleaner left I discovered she had not dusted any of the bottom shelves on end and coffee tables. Lots of dust so would have been easy for her to see. Their prices are ok but not sure I will use them again
Description of Work: I have used them before and the quality varies. Time before last I was fairly happy with results to rescheduled before the 4th. I had company coming in the next day and did not have much time to prepare. The cleaner called about 30 minutes after she was supposed to arrive saying running late, no problem. She did called about 1 1/2 hours later and said had car problem and would not be able to make it. Left me in a real bind. A couple of times in the past I have used them I was not satisfied with results.

 + -1 moreThey do an ok job. They don't really go above and beyond. I wish they gave more attention to non routine things. There are some areas that get missed for months. Dusting in non routine areas just does not happen. We will continue to use their services in the future.
