I am glad you feel the job was well done. I am not sure why you feel we didn't communicate well and or was not on time. I will be contacting you ASAP to see what was the problem. You have not told me you had any problem or that we didn't respond to you in a timely manner. August is a very busy month and communication can slip some times so we want to clear up any misunderstandings. As far as not hiring again please let me know why, so I can correct any issues. I have not heard from you in anyway about being displeased. In fact you said the quality was a "A" quality job. So I am sorry for any other problems. We believe the quality of the finished job is task number 1. But I always want to improve in all areas of business. Warren.

Description of Work: Needed wrought iron fence installed after previous contractor failed to finish the job. Warren was the only Angie's list contractor to respond and he did so that same day. 2 days later he had a crew out to start the job. Warren even offered to make some repairs to the previous contractor's work.

Description of Work: Installed new cedar fencing on both sides of front of house. Included a single gate on one side and two gates on the other - one regular gate and one oversize gate to allow us to park a boat in the back yard. We were very satisfied with the final result. When there was a misunderstanding about where fence posts were to be located on one side they came out the next day and relocated |the posts. The owner was great to work with - very professional. | |
