Great job. The installers were excellent. Scott, the salesperson, was great to work with as well. We loved it so much that we did 2 other rooms to boot.

Because of unforeseen expenses (unrelated to flooring), we've had to postpone project. We probably won't go with Brewer Carpet One when we are ready because the cost was a little higher than our budget.

Excellent assistance in selecting flooring. The salesperson came to my house and measured to be able to give me an exact price. The installers worked steadily to complete the job in the designated time. There was an issue with leakage from a hole in the washing machine hose when some of the flooring got wet. Brewer took care of the problem and replaced the affected flooring. The installation was handled in a professional manner.

Jimmy Fish was the sales person for my flooring and was excellent with his follow up and customer service. I also appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of the installers for the stairwell runner.

They did an excellent job. Jimmy Fish, who does sales and estimates, is very helpful, prompt and courteous. Brewer may not be the cheapest in town, but you will be happy with the result.

Once the existing carpet was pulled up, cracks in the slab were discovered, which resulted in additional work and a slight increase in cost and work duration. The contractor assigned was professional and helpful. It was a good experience.

Our salesperson, Jessica, was very good to help us choose the very best color to match the bathroom tile and our paint. Jr. and Rickey were so careful with our furniture, and did a wonderful job of installing the carpet. It looks great!

They were able to install within 2 weeks and the installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. We have some more rooms to do and we will certainly do business with Brewer again.

Took measurements. Salesperson was very nice and a good listener. We have them our Angie's List Coupon --- good for 10% off. The Coupon which anyone can see online is simple it says: and quot;Angies List member coupon - Coupon for and quot;Brewer Carpet Oneand quot; - Coupon - 10% off to Angie's List membersand quot;. We went to the store originally to look at carpet by Shaw, but the salesperson steered us to Karastan which had a customer rebate direct from the manufacturer. It is a very small rebate. When we received an estimate the salesperson said that the store could not extend the 10% off coupon. I own a business and I know what my word means. To me their coupon is their word. We won't be doing business with Brewer Carpet One. The coupon has no terms - just says 10% off to the Angie's List members.

I gave them my debit card information over the phone when the job was finished and I called them and said that I could do it that way and so I did but she never sent me a receipt. I don't have anything that tells me that I got that and paid for it. They actually came in below the estimate. That's always good. They were excellent. The 2 guys showed up on time. They were in and out. They moved everything out and moved it back in. They didn't break anything. They did an excellent job laying the carpet. They are very efficient. They are just excellent.

The shopping experience was great. Amanda was very helpful. The installation was good. Worker wanted to use bathroom on arrival and they wanted to use microwave to heat their lunch. Perhaps just me but I found that a little intrusive and I know different cultures do not follow the same proffessionalism that we might. They installed in one day and appears to be done well.

It was good. There were a few warranty issues, each was eventually addressed and turned out very good. They really cared about the quality of the project and my satisfaction. But if a female had been living in the house at the time the delay would have been completely unbearable. The dispatcher was great and very apologetic and probably would have lit a fire under someone if necessary. I would slip Brewers name in with this new one that moved in but I would make her promise in writing that she wouldn't get cross with me if something goes wrong and then mail a copy to both of her sisters.

They installer was late to do the measure and he didn't follow up to give us the quote. I realize it was for a quote, but we were waiting for the information to turn it in to our insurance company. Once we went in to the store they were great to give us what we needed and in a timely manner.

Rick was very prompt in returning phone calls, setting up appointments and visiting the house to measure the rooms. The carpet I originally selected was no longer available, and he found an almost perfect match with which we are very happy. The installers were professional, courteous and on-time. We will use Brewer Carpet One again!

We need to replace the carpet in our bedroom. Worked with John after being referred to Brewer Carpet by a friend. He was punctual and professional. All arrangements made where meet on time and the price was unaltered from estimate to installation. We will use them again in the future.

Worn out carpet in home office. Shopped all the usual OKC stores. Went to Brewer One and found that the prices were just as good as anyone else. They provided carpet samples until we finally decided on design and color. A little slow on returning calls. Install went well. We picked out 15' width carpet so that there would not be any seams. The job looks fine. Every store has the same carpet sold under different names, so just use a dealer you think will stand by the job.

Brewer came and removed the old carpet, cleaned slab very well, and laid new underlament and carpet.

Work began on a Friday and finished the following Friday. Installation crew was usually on site at 8:30 +/- a few minutes. They hit the work energetically and we were pleased with their stick-to-it attitude. The wood flooring had lots of intricate cuts that had to be made, as did the tile; the guys did it well indeed. Only glitch was the amount of dust...I think there was a lot more due to having to remove old tar or glue from where the old wood flooring was situated. Had to be ground out and that generated a lot of dust. The rooms were isolated with plastic but it's not foolproof. (This is not a complaint but rather an observation about the nature of the work they had to do. The concrete under the carpet areas were cleaned up very quickly.) When the job was done and they'd picked up all their tools and stuff, the main living/dining areas were put back to normal in less than an hour! Regarding the sales staff...they were very helpful and answered all my questions. I was pleased with the help I was given in picking out the tile, I was a bit overwhelmed at first by the choices!
