Great. They delivered the day after I ordered and picked it up on agreed upon date. They were careful to protect my driveway and the dumpster was clean. Directions about what I could and could not put in the dumpster were very clear. The only issue was that the dumpster ended up being much larger than what I needed, so I could have gotten a smaller one. It would be great if they provided a chart online to help people estimate how much dumpster space they need.

"Bin There Dump That" delivered a trash bin when I asked for it and placed the bin in the location I selected. The bin was placed on boards which they provided so as not to scratch my concrete drive. The driver was friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again and refer to friends.

We needed to de-junk our home and property so we called and spoke to Jason on a Thursday not knowing anything about dumpster rental and how it worked. Jason was extremely nice and very professional. I explained what it was we were doing and he made the appropriate recommendation on the size of dumpster we'd most likely need. We set a dropoff date for that Saturday at 9:00. The dumpster was dropped off at exactly 9:00 a.m on the dot. The driver took the time to explain how to operate the dumpster doors and said that we could call anytime to have it picked up if we needed it gone before the allotted 7 day time frame. I called on Monday as it was ready to be picked up. I spoke to Jason again who said they'd get to it early on in the afternoon. The dumpster was picked up and taken away by noon that very day. I would absolutely recommend Been There Dump That to anybody who is needing junk hauling services as they were not only reasonable compared to everyone else in the area, but Jason and company was extremely professional and easy to work with. A+

It went well. The person who delivered the dumpster put down a wooden platform first to protect our driveway. The dumpster was the size we had asked for. Their website and email message was clear about what could and could not go into the dumpster. We paid the agreed upon price; there were no extra or hidden charges. The dumpster was picked up on the agreed upon day.

I spoke directly with the franchise owner when I called. He was professional yet still courteous. I have never rented a dumpster, but he answered every question I had. He was there on time to deliver the dumpster. He looked at what we had to dump and the the environment where we were. He made suggestions with pros and cons about where to put the dumpster-- but put it where I decided. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. When it came time to pick up the dumpster, he was again very professional, etc. I liked the system he had. I made intiial contact via phone. He promptly followed up with the requested information. He used a portable billing system through his tablet/phone to run the credit card. He made an excellent first impression, and then backed it up with exceptional service. You also get a discount through Angie's list.

Great. I called and they delivered the next day at a rental property that I was doing minor renovations on. I was even given a discount for being an Angie's List member. They called to remind me of the delivery the day before and called before the pick up date to ensure I did not want to extend the rental. Great customer service!

It was an excellent experience. I don't know if the person who brought the dumpster was the owner or not but he certainly was cheerful, engaged, and careful to put the dumpster where I wanted it. I wish I knew his name because I would like to thank him for his additional kindness in helping us move three heavy wooden flats. We are seniors. By the way, the dumpster was in excellent condition and had a door which made it easy to load. When I had questions and needed to call, I might leave a message. If the receptionist had been serving another customer, she or the owner would get back to me quickly and have the answers I needed.

I've dealt with Bin There Dump That numerous times during a remodel and every time they were very helpful. Each time they left the dumpster where I needed it and picked it up on the arranged date (working around my schedule). Their containers are almost new, easy to open, and clean. Drivers were very helpful and punctual.

I went with another company, it was more time, for less money and a larger bin. But I will call them again for another quote another time.

They met me exactly when they said they would and allowed me to leave the pickup date open since we weren't sure when we would be done. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

The man showed up within a few minutes of the time promised. Placed the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. Showed me how to safety open and close the locking devices and then returned for pick up on time as promised. Very friendly delivery driver. My wife was also well pleased with them going over the details and options when she called to get pricing and schedule delivery.

I've been using them for about seven months. The experience was great. The smaller bins are $200 and the larger are $300. Every time I've called them, they deliver witin a couple of hours, and I've never had any problems.

After beginning a project to remove concrete from an old patio, I realized there was going to be a lot of material that needed to be moved out. I called Bin There Dump That and they were able to get a dumpster to me within two hours. The dumpster is the perfect size for neighborhood driveway- I asked that they place it partly on the lawn and they were able to place it in a way to make my work very easy. I worked over the weekend and filled the dumpster up. I called for a pickup Monday morning and it was removed by the time I came home for lunch. Great service!

Very professional. The dumpster was placed were we had discussed and I really like that the sizes are perfect for residential driveways. The driveway was protected from the dumpster. We needed to extend the time we had the dumpster and it was handled with ease and the pickup was as scheduled. Job well done.

We needed a dump truck right away and they came within 2 hours! After realizing needing yet ANOTHER dump truck, we called them and they came with another within 45 minutes! This was on July 3rd at 7pm (holiday weekend!). Very happy.
